Fantastic experience! Me and my cousin both got piercings here, we travelled 6 hours and both are so happy with the piercings and the service! The lady who done both of ours was so nice, professional and calming! She had really good vibes! The made the experience painless and we did not once feel nervous. 10/10.

my experience at essential beauty modbury was anything but professional. i booked for a spray tan (after doing full prep shave and exfoliation) and left feeling unhappy with the result. the tan wasn’t fully applied correctly and some areas were darker than others. i found this experience incredibly disheartening as i paid more than i would usually for a spray tan, and got a result worse than ever…will not book again*response to your reply*hello, unfortunately i didn’t feel confident enough to say anything as i wanted to get outside as fast as i could before crying, and without making a scene as obviously you recognised me from prior. as with your response as to me being unsuccessful in recruitment, i was offered the job and rostered on, but i politely declined as i’d received another offer at a preferred place of work. not professional for a business to lie?

Got my eyebrows waxed by Adele. Not only she took all my skin off on both eyebrows. She didn’t even apologise nor give me a discount. She then told me I was sensitive to waxing. I have been getting eyebrows waxed for over 20yrs and this is the first time this happened to me. She was very reckless and unprofessional bcoz she was more worried about other clients waiting when I’m a paying customer too. Will not recommend her at all.

I love coming here for my piercings and waxing! So sterile and professional. Lovely and kind ladies too! I love you all. You make me feel so comfortable and safe.

Girls working there are knowledgeable and friendly and helped with a tragus piercing. Jewellery choices are high quality too.

A few weeks ago at about 12 o’clock in the afternoon we went in the store and bought two pairs of earrings, one for me and one for my sister, we also bought a few other little things. At the time there were two shopkeepers in the shop one had blonde hair and was sort of nice and the other had black hair, she was extremely rude!We asked her if she could put my sisters earrings in because we tried for half an hour and couldn’t get them in, but her response was no. Their was no one else in the shop just us and she was like it’s not that hard all you have to do is put this bit in the hole, we were like can you just put it in and she let of a dramatic sigh and pulled my sister over and did it extremely rough and then she just walked away without putting the other one in. This was the rudest experience I’ve had I don’t recommend going their!

Got my ears pierced and the lady vidhi was amazing pierced my belly as well after I told her I use to have it done 9 years ago without charging me for the piercing but only the jewellery, walked out very satisfied thank you will most definitely be coming back for more

Nose piercing - Lacey from ttp was extremely understanding, working calming manner as I explained my ongoing progress from having a needle phobia. Her professionalism was warm, kind and informative.
