We contact Elexa plumbing to send someone to look at our taps that need replacement. James came at the agreed time and had a range of taps on his van. We picked out the ones we liked and he replaced them there and then. Great quality, good price and EXCELLENT service!

We had a leak on our gas storage heater system. I looked up local plumbers with great reviews on the web and picked Elexa. Sent an email. Alex came out to the house the following Sunday, fixed the leak and performed a full service on the system. Alex was excellent! Answering all my questions very knowledgeably and patiently. The service costs were also very reasonable. Would certainly recommend to others.

Alex came and re lit my elderly mothers hot water system, shes 89 and most of our family live in the eastern states so couldnt be there when the plumber arrived. It was just a pilot light gone out and they didnt charge us. Very honest and compassionate wish we had plumbers like that in Sydney!

Cannot recommend highly enough! Alex is prompt, polite, excellent value for money and leaves your home just as clean as prior to his arrival. We had a leak that the meter reader advised us about, within the afternoon Alex had been to look at the job, quoted and came back the next day to complete the work.

Thanks Alex, great service for our burst hot water pipe emergency, rang them in the morning and was with us a couple of hours later on a long weekend Saturday, then came back as the pressure was not right at our kitchen tap, he fixed it at no extra charge, best plumber I’ve used in a long time.

Elexa Plumbing and Gas would be the best plumbing business I have ever dealt with. Just before the recent Easter long weekend I was told the gas piping to my house was leaking and my hot water system was broken. Alex was able to repair the gas leak and replace the hot water system over the Easter weekend. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Elexa Plumbing and Gas to anyone needing a professional and cost effective plumbing service.
