I had a worst experience ever with them recently. I went to pierce my baby’s ears.Those ladies were rude to my baby and in fact they unnecessarily hurt my baby. Not gentle with my baby at all.Cannot satisfy with cleanliness and hygiene at the place even, they did not put a disposable bed cover. Cannot recommend at all

Went to beauty queen because I have had some friends recommend it for waxing. Back for my second time now and the service is amazing, Irene’s customer service is incredible, she makes sure you feel comfortable and makes the process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend you give these lovely ladies a chance. Thanks beauty queen!

Went to get my helix done and they gave me a student who was unsupervised and did not know what to do. I felt so uncomfortable and I thought she had made a mistake when she had to call someone in to take over.The lady that took over did not put the stud in that I chose and instead put in a silver stud that did not go well with my gold earrings.They tried to charge me extra for the stud that I did not get.Eventually went back and they changed the stud for me.I am never going back there again.

Have got all my piercings done here, lovely workers and service. Have had no problems with any of them.

Went in to have lash extensions, here at beauty queen, the gorgeous girl at the front counter was wonderful, but that’s where it ended, rude ladies talking in native language, lashes were painful and slow, when finished my top lashes were stuck to my bottom lashes in the corner, had to rip my eye apart, and after this very little difference to my lashes. What a waste of my money and time..and my eyes are still red. unprofessional, inexperienced and rude.My daughter had her eye brows waxed and the waxer took skin off..Stay away from this place would be my recommendation …

Came in a little after 4pm on a Saturday and asked if they were available to do 3 helixes, got told yes and given a form to fill out. After waiting while filling out the form, none of the ladies check the form or inform me of the price of the piercings, which I had estimated to be cheaper based on their price list, then I get asked into one of their rooms.The lady doesn't introduce herself, and it's not until she's ready to start marking where the piercings will be that she informs me of the price ($65 per helix).Very quick in doing it, done in 15 minutes with minimal pain.Overall, good service and timing with such a last minute walk-in, but could've done better on the communication and in keeping an accurate/up-to-date price list for customers to see.

Honestly such an amazing experience! So so happy. I was so anxious beforehand and they made me feel so comfortable and the lady ( Rubeena ) peirced myself and my 2 friend’s nipples and we are all extremely happy. Thankyou so much!! x

Had a very terrible experience getting my lip pierced. The lady was very rough, unsanitary and did not provide any communication throughout the process. I previously got the other side of my lip pierced by a different lady there and it turned out great, but this “piercer” was absolutely horrible. I had to immediately take the piercing out due to it being completely unsymmetrical to my other piercing, and it was digging straight into my gums and teeth. Please do not get any body modifications at this store and go to a real piercer so you don’t make the same mistake I did.
