I'd like to acknowledge a lady called Deborah. She was knowledgable and helpful and had a very pleasant personality. Thanks Deb the store is about good products that is complimented by great staff like you. Then the experience is memorable.

Hi.Today I coming to tura beach woolworths.And I have a terrible shopping experience.At first time I have a light which is buy last week.And it is doesn’t work so I coming to return.A old lady with grey hair help me.She ask me many question and always whispered to the other lady in front of me.And ask me why I don’t have the box.I say when I buy this one is not have box.But later the other lady help me return.The grey hair lady no good face to me all the time.But this is not a big problems.Then I coming to shopping.When I check out.The cashier is not the rude lady I meet before.I find many items I got is different prize on the system.So I say the prize maybe wrong to the cashier.Then I coming to take a photo to show the cashier which prize I got.Because is not only one wrong prize.So I try to find the items in the shopping bag.Then the grey hair lady suddenly coming out and very very rude and loudly to say which you don’t want? I say I want to buy this but your prize in the system maybe wrong.The lady still rude and continue whispered to the other lady say she already have one items return before.I don’t know what she meaning.I think she is a racism.She just don’t want to help me do a prize.She say if you don’t want to buy you can leave here.Then another lady ask me the dinghy prize and help me check.The grey hair lady I don’t know why she coming so rude for me.Does she is the manager?I already have someone serve me.Why she coming so rude for me?Because my 2 years daughter coming together with me.I don’t want to waste too much time to talking this rude and racism lady.So I have leave when the other lady help me Chang the prize.And when I coming home I check the receipt.I find the item which is wrong prize don’t fix.And charge me another time.And still I buy two baby bottle.One is right prize one is still wrong prize.Because the COVID now I don’t want to coming back wws again.I think if I coming again the grey lady will also coming rude and loudly serve me and racism me.It is a really terrible experience in wws.I dont know how to complain this.So I write a email to you and what to someone can help me.If no one help me here I will coming to other place to complain this .I can provide the receipt to you.You can check the camera or something what you want to check.Thank you

The advertised closing time on the Tura Beach website said closing time was 9pm , however when I got there at 8.25pm it was shut, much to the surprise of 5 other shoppers that I met there. While there was a typed notice advising an 8pm closing time , this was not reflected on the website which was a week old . Very disappointed that the Tura beach manager did not see to the website being updated to the new closing time.
