Had a chicken burrito regular one - was charged $13.40 not even sure why $1 extra and filling was not generous. Also the sandwich presser has rust on it which is using to warm up wraps which is against health - not worth it and not considering food health and safetySome other time i also had burrito bowl they are just filled with more n more lettuce and less of chicken and other fillingsNot recommended

My partner and I just ordered and had two IQ burritos and a guac n chips.Burritos did not taste up to scratch with other Zambrero stores at all. Additionally, we got approx 10 chips (many halves) in our box (see photo). Finally, the guy serving was unenthused and poor customer service.

Don't use the buttons google suggests to make an order - it doesn't work and the staff are confused and lost.There was also a HAIR in my bowl (definitely not mine, it's not green).

Ordered nachos delivered. They must have been sitting there for a long time because the corn chips were soggy and completely congealed together. Not like we ordered at a busy time either, 4pm on a weekday. The serving size was very small for $17.40, with barely any meat or cheese. We also got a side of corn chips and guac and they must have used the crumbs from the bottom of the bag as the pieces were all broken up. The guac was good though which is why I’m giving them two stars.I just wouldn’t recommend getting delivery from here.

I ordered a burrito from Menulog tonight. I understand busy night etc.I paid an $5 more for extra chicken, and there was next to no meat on the burrito at all, and the rice was absolutely minimal. I’ve had much better burritos from Zambrero before.If someone is paying extra for something on their food. Put extra on it.

I have always just defaulted to Domino's because it's cheap to feed the family but recently they've increased prices and reduced the size KGUV. I love Southern Soul and the kebab shop but on discovering Zambrero and their deals, plus getting some great guys and food I had been favouring this store for our weekly takeout night and quick lunch grabbing 2 for $22.Yesterday 21st March, I went to grab lunch for my brother and I, first I was told the deal had gone up by $1 which is fair enough, we all know things are increasing in price, then I was told they were out of beans (not the day to increase prices when you're also giving customer less!), and the girl (shot, slightly overweight with long dark hair) was just so disinterested. I was actually not feeling great so had very little patience for being asked if I wanted something to answer and then have her ask again because she was too busy gazing around to have heard! By the time I got to the register I was almost ready to walk out and leave the food behind!I have my brother his burrito without telling him anything just in case it was me being cranky unnecessarily. When he finished he came in asking how mine was as good was not good, less filling and it just felt like the person making it hadn't put in any care (we've probably had burritos from here 4 times in the last week because I've been unwell and not wanting to cook).I've given 2 starts because I've had some amazing service and food from the boys working there but if you see the short girl with long black hair don't let her ruin your lunch!

I am coming to this store from last 2 years and have a pleasant experience both with quality and customer service. Unfortunately today, at lunch time, I went to get my regular burritos with my wife. The lady who claimed herself to be the store manager does not know an iota of customer service. When I asked her to add corn chips in my burrito, she told me they ran out of it. I pointed her that i can see the corn chips and clearly she was lying. Eventually i ended up returning the burrito as I tasted sand in it. When i explained the issue, she laughed on my face and questioned me about which part of the burrito i had sand. How would I know which part? Lettuce, rice, beans? it could be anywhere. She was just being sarcastic about the whole thing. I have given this store 2 stars as I had a great 2 year experience, which she spoiled in a single experience.

The young girl who served me at the cashier today was possibly the most rude person I have ever met in customer service. Such an awful attitude and so off putting. The girl who made my burrito was lovely and in training I believe.I never leave reviews but god this was so bad.

I came here Monday at about 3:45pm and was served by a quite tall lady wearing piggy tails. I have never felt more uncomfortable with someone serving me at a restaurant ever. I got a beef burrito and she was scooping every single bit out of the bottom giving me all the slop and juice (I didn’t care to say anything) but to top it off when I paid she rolled her eyes and walked straight out of sight to any customer and just went on her phone.This girl should not be in customer service especially hospitality.
