Buns Out Burgers

Wait time was on par with a busy fish and chip shops. Full menu not avail.. Chips eh. Fish dry and tasteless. Peice of grilled and a peice of fried. Not gonna hurry back.

Was craving fish and chips lastnight and stumbled across this place...Probably the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Fish was cooked to perfection aswell and the chips also ordered a hamburger and fish tacos hands down the best I’ve had. Will definitely be going back 10/10

Great experience and yummy burgers. I was also super impressed with the managers response to a mix up tonight, on what was obviously a very busy night for the team (day 3 of the June/July lock down). One of our burgers was delivered with no meat, cheese or bacon. When I phoned up to explain, the manager (Steve) was super apologetic and immediately offered to replace the burger (with whatever extras I wanted) plus offer my family 4 free burgers on our next visit. That's hospitality done right. Thanks for a great experience.

Don't bother with this takeout place Half the order was missing. How hard can it be to fill a 4 item order & give it to the Menulog guy?.

We were told about the excellent burgers here a few weeks back and finally got to try it last Wednesday.There are a range of burgers ranging in price from $9.50 to $19, a choice of chips, sweet potato, or onion rings, and thick shakes. Coffee and tea are available and the venue is BYO (a big plus).I'm not a burger fan so it takes a really good burger to get me even mildly interested. And the burgers here are seriously good.We tried the tropical and because we were with good friends we were able to try others (we cut off a bite-size chunk of theirs to taste).The patties are perfectly cooked with just the right amount of fat in the mince to make them moist and tasty.The potato bun goes very well with the meat and other ingredients that go with your choice.We also tried the vegetarian patty and that was excellent too.Our group of friends frequent this place in its daytime incarnation as 96 Degrees and we usually gather in the very pleasant back area.Stephen and Lynn and their crew offer excellent and friendly service always.Buns Out Burgers is well worth a visit.

Burgers were great but chips were oversalted to such a point that you could only eat a few. When we told the staff they did not care, noone checked what the junior was doing and we watched as he continued to shake excessive amounts of salt on subsequent batches. Very poor customer service.

The staff weren't communicating or thinking. Brought out kids dessert 1 minute after their main meals even though the waiter who took our order told them to bring it out after they finished. They also came out while they were eating to see if they want it, we declined and asked for later.The burgers are ridiculously big to the point I had to take out a patty to be able to even bite it. Patty's are way too big and is just a waste of food.Good portions on the kids meals but probably would make a toddler option as it was waaayyy to big for her.

Not sure if I was just really hungry at the time but my burger (the classic) was delicious. Chips also great, good crunch good salting. Would defs go back again!

Fairly tasty burger and chips but the chicken and bacon barely filled half the bun.It's dissapointing that a gourmet burger place would let it go out to a customer like that.
