I had the window tint replaced under warranty, the customer service from Darren was A1, he was knowledgeable, professional, positive and friendly. The tint was replaced in the tint frame advised. I wasn't aware of MotorOne prior to my visit, however for any new vehicle I purchase in the future, I will insist they use MotorOne for tint and paint protection in the future. Thank you very much.

Had some sticky goo possibly tree gum damage the rear spoiler on my Sorento, rang Motor One next thing Martin Ball is here assessed it very quickly and professionally, arranged the claim and Greg to come and see if it could be repaired, unfortunately it was to deep, so quote from local panel beater, all fixed in a matter of days. Everyone I dealt with were very professional and helpful and my pride and joy is back to its former glory. I would never own a vehicle without paint protection especially ones with a clear coat on top of the colour.

It was a warranty claim arising from bird droppings on the bonnet of my Genesis G80. Martin Ball from MotorOne was extremely helpful and professional in making sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. AMAZING !! Lost for words as to how good the Hydro ceramic product is. We recently had our 2019 Matte Black Mercedes G63 treated. We live in Brisbane and often encounter tree sap, bat poo, rain and dirt. Our car detailer cannot get enough of this amazing product. He is mesmerized by the beading and the ease that the dirt comes off. the car looks like new after every wash. Could not recommend this enough !!

I purchased Hydro protection from my dealership in Perth last month and it has been an outstanding product. I live in the hills so my car gets filthy often. Very easy to clean and no marks from tree sap and leaves from my property. Highly recommend this product , I wish I had known about it for my previous vehicles.

Purchased a car through NLC with a dash camera and paint protection. Dash camera was playing up and resetting, called NLC who referred me to MotorOne as they installed the camera.The first call made approximately 2 months ago was answered and I was advised I would get a call in a week. A week later no call, I called again and was told I would be contacted in a week. If you can't already see where this is going I'll continue.Another week and no call, I called MotorOne again and the call was not answered. I left a message and was not contacted once again.Another call was answered and I was told I would receive a call within 24hrs. Guess what.....no call! Its now 2 months and 6 calls later and still have not received a call back.The dash camera has not stopped working completely and I am not able to contact anyone at MotorOne. I am extremely disappointed with the service from MotorOne and do not recommend using them if you have the choice.

Recently purchased a 1 series BMW and had MotorOne paint and fabric protection as well as window tint applied The service was amazing and the car looks fabulous. Cannot get over how easy the car is to clean with dirt literally gliding off. Car looks fabulous after every wash. Cannot rate the products highly enough

I’m stunned at how well the Hydro protection works on my new Subaru Outback. Besides just the finish, liquids and semi-solids (bird droppings, too) simply slide off with water hose in 5 minutes. It’s easy to underestimate how much work was involved (I believe it was applied by hand)The window tinting provided, in my opinion, is superior to what I’ve had on other cars, blocking harsh UV rays.Finally, the BlackVue cameras provided were professionally installed securely and with due consideration for Subaru’s EyeSight cameras.I personally recommend MotorOne services.Too early to speak about after-service.

I bout X5 from Kings way BMW 1JD-6CD, after sale service is pathetic and painful, paid AUD 4000 for Hydro Paint protection and interior leather, paint protection after one year has no impact at all, around 2.5 year after date of purchase I Called BMW and report this problem. They referred me to MOTOR one, first of all they give me appointment after 6 weeks. After inspection they told me clear coating have issue and further referred me to CGP panel. I went to CGP panel, owner Hennery told me there is nothing wrong with clear coating, only need bit of clean which he done on the spot.I was trying to reach Motor one for at least two weeks with more than 10 calls and still no success, after every email they still saying new paint need 6 weeks, my question is here when there is no paint job done how come 6 weeks required for Hydro paint protection again.I called BMW and no response as yet from them.Not recommended for BMW and Motor one bothHassan
