Being a Property Manager myself, I know the difference between a great property manager and one I wouldn't be bothered with.I'd definitely recommend Jo. She knows his stuff and is all over the NSW legislation. And it's brilliant that she's the owner of the business and the property manager - she really cares about proper management, and that's so hard to find these days!

Approaching 6 weeks since my girlfriend and I moved into our rental and I feel like this whole experience has been fantastic from the start. Jo promised us a quick turnaround since we needed a rental on short notice and she absolutely delivered. We first visited the apartment on a Monday and I picked up the keys on Friday of the same week! Absolutely phenomenal. Most importantly, as first-time renters, Jo was a real pleasure to deal with and explained the entire process in much more detail than any other agent that we dealt with.
