Good selection of fresh pastries, pies, cakes and cafe style breakfast menu on offer. Good buzz and atmosphere to the place. We enjoyed the bakers basket with a range of pastries, good value too. Kids had pies which they were happy with too. Coffee was ok but not amazing.

Had my all time must have long black, with a bacon and egg roll. Best way to start the day. Everyone is friendly in the cafe. Will visit you again if I’m at Dubbo again.

I live in Dubbo and try my best to avoid this place, the food is average but the prices are definitely above average! Service is slow and its like your in the way when lining up at the sandwich bar..have a look below at the flavourless soggy baguette i paid nearly $20 for..

We are visiting Dubbo from Sydney. This place was on out To Do Things list when we left for Dubbo. I found this place amazing with an excellent ambiance. Their coffee tastes amazing. We went for a breakfast next morning (fathers day). Ordered our food and paid a lot of money. The food was served. There was no cutlery. My wife went looking for it and found out that we had to wait to get cutlery. It was them ten minutes to give us forks and knives. Meanwhile our breakfast was cold. The serving size was pathetic for the amount of money they charged. Eggs Benedict was pathetic. It was dry with a very small amount of sauce on it. Portobello breakfast was annoyingly small in size as compared to the $$$ we paid. Overall, very unhappy with the experience. I dont know whether to recommend this place or not. Try it for yourself.

Good selection of cakes & pastries, even some gluten-free but with the proviso that they may have come into contact with with items that contain gluten. Good atmosphere and fast service.Inside was clean with plenty of seating.

Best spot in Dubbo! I'm not sure why I only have this one photo of a cupcake!Open early, has ample seating inside and upstairs as well as a kids' play area. We went here for breakfast and we met friends for lunch.Ticks all the boxes.

This is our second time to the Village Bakehouse. We loved it the first time there too. A beautiful venue, loads of choices, friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and so was lunch. Loved the orange juice and of course the coffee and cakes too.A little disappointed the we missed out on sourdough but we couldn’t wait as on our journey home. Next time for sure. Thanks so much.

Visited these guys for morning tea. Jaffa slice was nice but the custard tart and apple pie were only ok. Very busy place. Lots of tables but all full with customers. They also have an upstairs area with a few tables.Staff were friendly and service was quick. Prices were a bit expensive I thought.

Food was good as always BUT the cappuchino was luke warm, and the hot choc just tasted like warm milk. The tables that were vacant were covered with the remains of prior patrons, and we had to clear away the mess that had been left. The place is beautiful, and the profusion of comfy chairs quite inviting...but not a favourite place anymore!
