Just spent 6 days on the snow staying at Jindabyne. The 7 of us hired all our gear at Boss Outdoor Sports. Prices were very reasonable and the service was exceptional. Three of us changed our boots during the week at various times, all done happily and with genuine care for our comfort. I would highly recommend these guys.

Bought a face cover from here in a hurry. Tried it on once (did not use it) explained this while pointing to the used new one I bought at perisher which was cheaper and better quality. I was literally standing there with a new face cover I'd bought from another store and used for the day around my neck and the staff rudely states oh well you used it it's unhygienic..while I am holding the new one I purchased from them untarnished. and now the store owner is making up stories in response to this review?? Can really see their PR is top notch. Wouldn't replace it or refund because it didn't have the packaging... I said give me a large size and take the packaging from that and put it on this.. then cross the L out from the large packaging and replace it with it's size, no problems. Response I got was careless, no we can't do that. Go somewhere else if you want retail staff with common sense. Note that the store owner has since edited their response...

Thanks team for the professional advice to make our first skiing experience so smooth. Especially thank you Sarah for providing excellent service for our family though out all our needs for the gears and outfit for for skiing. Definitely will recommend to friends for hiring the skis and snowboards.

Fantastic service with friendly staff. They are very supportive and patient when helping us to try on the skiing suits. I’ve left my card wallet with ID and credit card in the pocket of the skiing suit and went back to Sydney. However the staff helped to find it and posted it back to me.I really appreciated their kindness and help. Will definitely come back again.

The staff (sorry forgot his name), who helped us to hire the chains was amazing and walked us through the whole process of fitting it in. I would use this business again in future to hire gears.

Can’t recommend these guys enough!! Great equipment along with great staff. Thomas served my family of 5 and got us out with full sets of gear in under 20 minutes. Highly knowledgeable and friendly staff guarantee our return later this season.
