I Love Pizza Dee Why
Terrible service, ordered at 8:04pm never received by 9:30pm. Said their printer had jammed but they could tell me exactly what I ordered and would start making the pizza's now. If the printer had jammed why couldn't they reprint my order? We are starving and can't wait another hour. So told them to cancel order and refund the money. Store told me as it was ordered over app they cannot refund the money and will have to speak to the manager on Monday. If you can't refund money via the app for a store error immediately you shouldn't take peoples money. DO NOT USE THEIR APP. It's a shame as this was the first time I had used the app but never again. We were regular customers but not anymore.

I ordered through Uber at 11:20. My driver arrived at 11:30 expecting to pick up the order.I was in constant contact with the driver.I can safely assume, the staff didn’t have a boss in that night. They all clearly planned to not work. As no food was made, until at 12:10 my driver finally leftNo excuses to be made.Do not order from here ever. If it’s within 45 minutes of closing time. The staff will clearly clock off.

Waited over two hours on a Saturday evening for a delivery, phoned to ask where it was to discover they ‘forgot’ to cook it.Then they couldn’t process a refund until Monday. What absolute hopeless service, your staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Decent pizza but pickup times are never accurate as it’s always longer. I also feel that the staff could be friendlier. Whenever I go in it takes a while for the staff to even acknowledge you and I always feel like I’m interrupting a conversation or something byasking for my order.

I have been a loyal customer of I Love Pizza Dee Why for years, but after my experience tonight I will never again order from their store. We ordered three pizzas through the app at 8pm for delivery and had not received them by 9:30pm. I called the store and was informed that the order hadn't been received as their printer was broken. I requested a refund and was told I would have to wait until Monday for the refund to be processed as this has to be done through head office. I was offered no apology or resolution beyond cancelling the order or waiting another hour for it to be made and delivered.Update: Received an email on the Monday advising the refund would be processed in 5 business days, less a service fee. Why am I being charged a service fee for your incompetence? This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a business. Avoid yourself the stress and get your pizza from Crust.

I have been ordering pizza here for 2 years and tonight it took 1hours 30mins to deliver. I Rang them and nobody could understand what I was saying? My pizza took 1 hour 30mins and was cold.I told them my name 10 times?I told them I want a refund?After over 5mins of repeating myself I hung up!I love pizza You've lost a good customer for $50 I hope your happy.No manager ever contacted me or gave me a refund?

Worst Pizza I have ever had.Unfortunately I told my friends, that you guys have best pizza in Sydney when I first tried in Mona vale. I invited my friend for lunch on Sunday 30/08/2020 and we got 3 large pizzas from Dee Why branch. Trust me I have to throw one and half pizza in bin and hardly finished the rest of them. I have spent more than $70 AUD for my lunch which gone to bin.You guys served best pizza in Monavale and worst in Dee Why (even the base have all cuts at corners, one pizza have too much ketchup and other doesn't have any base sause, items are not spread equally.. OMG hard to explain). I don't know why you can't maintain the same quality and consistency. I felt so bad for my friend as she came from Sydney to all the way to try your pizza. It was embarrassing moment for me. I am sure the girl who was making our pizza's in Dee Why was a trainee but please make sure you train and assist them properly so that you don't loose your customers. Thank you

Ordered $64 worth of Pizza online at I Love Pizza, Dee Why on Sat 18th June at 8:00pm. By 9:30pm still no sign of Pizza. Rang the store and they confirmed that they had received the order but their printer was down so the order had not been processed. Was told that if we still wanted our order it would be at least another hour. What a lame excuse, have you idiots never heard of a pen and paper. To make matters worse after we had told them to forget the order and refund us we were told that it would not be refunded until Monday and were then charged a service fee and the refund will take up to 5 buisness days to be processed. Absolutely appalling service and ripped off for their incompetence. Will never use this store again, I would recommend everyone in Dee Why use Domino's or Crust, avoid this business.
