The team at SA Underpinning recently completed underpinning work on the side wall of my old stone house.I am really happy with the professionalism and obvious wealth of experience of Laz, Chris and the rest of the team. The job was not without its challenges, but at every stage I was kept informed of what was going on, what they were doing, and why. As a side note, I'd like to acknowledge the entire team for never assuming that because I'm a woman I'd not be interested in understanding the details of the work being done, and for keeping me in the loop.I'm also very happy with the way the work area was left once the work was complete. The team did a thorough cleanup job and you'd never know they'd even been.I highly recommend SA Underpinning for any foundation work. I would certainly use them again.

18 Months ago Laz and the boys came and done some underpinning on my house. They were fantastic to deal with, cleaned up after each day and totally professional. I needed some structural work done last year prior to a kitchen renovation so gave Laz a call to see if they could help, sure enough they were back and again everyone totally professional and always making sure anything that wasn't right was set to standards they needed to be. So it was a no brainer when I wanted my bathroom, toilet and laundry done I called them again. Totally professional finish, nothing was too hard. The work they did was above and beyond, even fixing another builders mistake for me. I would totally recommend Laz and the boys to undertake any job i need done. I have recommended then on several occasions and know they are all happy and satisfied just as I have been. If you need work done give them a call

Poor project management. A 6 day job turned into 3 months. No communication from them. I had to continually call them to follow up. Left yard in a mess, that I cleaned up. They only provide a 5 year guarantee. Shop around, plenty of other contractors out there.

We are very grateful for the brilliant job SA Underpinning did on our 1895 Sandstone Villa.The front of our house had moved considerably, largely due to the presence of large trees in the front of our property, and a variable rainfall pattern in recent years. Being over 125 years old, our house was not laid on concrete foundations and was subject to regular cracking and movement since we purchased the house 26 years ago.
