Horrible Service. My partner went in looking to get a replacement garage remote. They sold her the wrong remote for our garage motor. We went in to get a refund but they refused, they said they can put it to their technical team and they will get back to us with the right remote. We told them we are not interested in that as we needed a solution now. I did my own research and found the suitable remote at bunnings for $39 .. they had the same remote being sold for $140. I asked to see their refund policy but all they did was say you need to take it up with management. If being sold the wrong product and then not able to provide a solution in a timely manner doesn't justify a refund what does?Edit: ended up purchasing a remote for 8bux from a Brisbane business called ProRemote (ebay).

Have a nice watch? Avoid. These Westfield Warriors don't have the right tools. I dropped off a watch for a battery change. They weren't able to get it open, but that didn't stop them attempting and re attempting with their inadequate equipment. I picked up the watch with birred screws, ruined forever. I was told (quite rudely - to cover up the fact that they are incompetent, I suppose) that the watch was impossible to get into. I took it to an actual watch maker who said he gets watches dropped in quite frequently that have been ruined by these clowns.

Dropped my watch off for a replacement of part of the strap. Called them several times. Nobody got back to me. Eventually got my watch back after 4 months! This given that they are supposed to be experts in time keeping! So I made a complaint only to be told they tried to call me several times. Rubbish! I don't like their attitude, their service and their pricing. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

Service over yesterday and today was great. Had an old watch to get battery and face replaced (a longines watch). Turns out it needed more than just a battery. They refunded me my battery while i shop around to get a good price on a full service to get it working again. Can't speak to the other bad reviews on here, but Vicky and Matt were both awesome to deal with. great customer service. Thanks guys.

Started looking at a remote,,but then decided to get a new battery put in my watch as well. Not in your life matey!Twice the price I was quoted elsewhere, and as for the remote,,just as jumped up in price. The guy here was a beast to deal with too.I wonder why you are delegated to the middle of the store? You need the 4 way traffic to atleast try to get 1 in 4 customers.Needs all the help they can get here. Dont help you will pay for it!

I went here for a simple battery replacement for my Omega Seamaster. I was absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to by Vicky, suggesting that I was responsible for damage to my watch whilst in the 'care' of watchworks.Watchworks were unable to remove the back of my watch, I was then fed a story of how the watchmaker that fitted the last battery had cross threaded and 'glued' the back if my watch on.I was told the damage would be $609 to repair, I declined this I requested my watch back. This alone took in excess of 2 months.Their state manager, Mark, was also unhelpful when it was proven that Vicky had lied about causing the damage, as confirmed by James, a rare honest watchworks employee.I have since had the battery replaced by a true watch repair specialist who had no problem removing the case back and there was no sign of cross threading or glue? He even buffed out the majority of the scratches and reparied the helium release valve that watchworks (Vicky) had damaged in their attempt at removing the case back.My advice would, if you want your watch repairing, even something as simple as a battery replacement, don't go to a high street cobler. I learnt the hard way.For the record, I used Cougar watch makers at Strathpine. Excellent service and value. Their price was $150 for what watchworks wanted $609 for.

Had an issue with my watch which the manufactuer said would have to be sent to them to fix and would likely cost a lot of money. Took it to these guys out of interest and they fixed it with a few button presses and adjustments free of charge. Thanks!

Similar to other reviews - took my Tag Heuer watch in for a battery replacement and was explicit in querying whether they were capable of doing the job and ensuring that the watch was fully sealed/waterproofed when the finished the job. The claimed they could do this. When I collected the watch they said the battery was replaced but the waterproof test had failed" - they claimed that the seals were no good. My guess - they ruined the seals when replacing the battery. Rude

I had the glass changed on my watch. At no stage was I told that it wouldn't be water resistant after the change. When I went back to query it after my watch filled with water, I was spoken to appallingly. I would avoid this store. No customer service and no clear guidelines on service given before taking your money.
