Great company from beginning to end. It was easy to get a quote, schedule the installation and get a run through anything I was unsure about. The process was easy and quick. The installation team were efficient and streamlined the process. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Sunline Energy SEP 2022 to obtain a solar quote. I dealt with Vik who is more than a sales agent but listens to you, provides recommendations that is not just a sales pitch but you also get some lived experiences that are shared with their customers. I had some questions in relation to the solar panel orientation where I was referred to Mick who is from the engineering team, another example of great customer service. The day of the installation, the technicians had commenced work where there was a communication barrier between the technicians and the admin team for which installation of the panels was rescheduled.I would go back to Sunline Energy for any other potential solar energy related work to be carried out because of their professionalism, level of communication, the excellent customer service and a personalised approach which is more than a sales pitch! The team are also experienced with a vast array of knowledge when it comes to solar panels unlike many other solar panel professionals that will try to sell you solar panels without having any knowledge behind it

Dealing with Sunline Energy for my solar panel installation was a real breeze. I had one point of call from the time I requested the quote to the time they were installed.The installers were pleasant and accommodating, and took away all the rubbish when they were finished.I was kept informed of the whole process from start to finish.I would have no concerns in recommending Sunline to anyone who is looking into solar installation.

Ray was responsive, warm and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend his service. He went out of his way to provide me with extra information and tell me about possible benefits that had nothing to do with his company, really was above and beyond. All the related info about solar panel arrangement, and detail numbers (kwh generated, and optimum watt per solar panel, price before/after rebate) are shown clearly. Next step is also clearly written on the document including seeking approval from grid provider and applying for rebate.Installation: It was ~3 weeks after the grid approval. Installation team arrived on-time (they'd called a day before to confirm). Installation was smooth in around 5h (16 panels). The only issue was my solar water heating system needs to be restarted after the solar installation.Post installation: independent inspector come in less than a week to check the solar installation work, and approved it. Solar generates electricity to house/grid. Check solar performance in real time via sungrow app which is okay (not the easiest). Deal: 26 Feb 21. Solar generating electricity on 22 March 21.Had no issues with the solar so far.Not related with Sunline: I would advise to change electricity plan/provider with solar package included for better rate/price.

I found Sunline easy to work with and their consultants provided solid advice for our solar setup and accommodated my preferences. Sunline also made it easy to navigate the various government applications and other documentation required. The installation was a smooth process with no difficulties and was completed in one morning, there were no issues with the inspection either.Sunline has been quick to address any questions I have had with the process as well as keeping me informed as to the next steps in the process.I feel comfortable recommending Sunline to others.

I was contacted by Vik (salesperson) and it was really nice of him to guide me through the process, which was quick and straightforward. Also, even after having the problems with inverter your admin and technical support team from Sunline energy was very quick and efficient to get it fixed. Delivered the Panels on site, secured them and within the next few days a team came in to install. There was a bit of a process involved before the system goes online but the staff was approachable if i had any questions or comments. Its been months now and the system is working just fine. Thank you for your service.

Entire process of soar panel purchase and installation was seamless and quick. Consultant Vik Malik was really helpful throughout the process, he offered very good price and he was involved till last step to ensure that what was agreed is getting delivered.

Vik and the team at Sunline Energy are both professional and accountable. The install was neat and it has definitely added value to my house. Vik has been a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly with sage advice. Never once tried to upsell me on any products. Very happy with my iStore heat pump hot water system and solar setup. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
