Lake Eildon Houseboats

Recently spent the weekend on one of Craig's boats and his service was incomparable!The boat was spotless upon arrival, stocked with the essentials and ready to depart as soon as we loaded our gear.Highly recommend Lake Eildon Houseboats for anyone wanting that hassle free weekend away on the lake.

Had an unforgettable weekend on the lovely Getaway houseboat - very clean, spacious with all the amenities you need! Stoked with the team's super efficient and friendly service, most definitely added value to our weekend away - no query was a bother. Thank you so much Karen, Craig and team.

We hired Deluxe 1 for 3 families over 3 nights - 6 adults and 5 kids. The boat was very tidy and well presented with all the creature comforts for a nice getaway (spa, air con / heating, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with foxtel etc.). Everything was all to easy for Craig - very pleasant to communicate with - would gladly recommend using Lake Elidon Houseboats.

100% recommended these guys are genuine and great people to deal with. We had a spot of bad luck on the way up and Craig and his team did everything in their power help us. I will 100% be rebooking with LEHB annually

We really enjoyed our time on spoil your self boat and customer service was great. The boat is clean and cosy and has mostly everything we needed. Lots of space upstairs but small bedrooms. If you are after larger bedrooms and have large group with you then Deluxe boathouse is best.

Recently used Lake Eildon Houseboats for a holiday with friends. Had such an incredible time, the lake is stunning and the boat was very clean and tidy, well equipped. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will look to hire again. Suitable for many occasions and age groups. Also excellent that they allow you to enjoy taking your bikes with you to explore the area.

The woman was self-proclaimed as the manager of the business has an awful/rude inflexible customer service manner. the owner Craig of course supports his business partner.The equipment of the Deluxe 1 boathouse is tired.The bunk bed in squeesed space, with no mattress on top of the bed spring, extremely uncomfortable.There are quite a few heavily burn marks on the dining table on the roof deck, surprisingly is still serving customers, bet the bond was taken from the boat hirers, but did not replace the table.BBQ cooktop burner rust, make you hesitate to use it. it's not worth paying $2200 plus utilities for the trip.The other thing to consider there were plenty of European wasps that attacked/intruded inside and outside of the boathouse, especially on the roof deck, it was impossible to have a meal on the roof deck.My suggestion, select the other boathouse to hire, they provide decent services and be worth your money. beware.
