Old to new images

So glad I got these guys to transfer all my hi8 travel videos on to a compact usb stick. So many memories from most of my past holidays and family events. Also feeing up storage space in my house. Great and professional service. Thanks guys.

Super fast service!! USB was ready to pick up the next day. So nice to have relived some great memories of our trip to Egypt, Europe, and Hawaii. Kids loved seeing and laughing at our younger selves. If I find any more tapes that I need converted, I will be coming back for sure!!!

Jason was amazing,he was very quick in responding to my million questions.He was very understanding when I told him about losing my mum a few weeks ago and how these memories were very important to my dad and myself. So he did them very quickly.The best thing about Jason was he restored a DVD that I thought I had lost forever.It wouldn't work on any DVD player or on a computer. Somehow Jason managed to fix it and put it on a usb. I never expected to see this DVD which was full of treasured memories of my mum and passed loved ones.Thank you Jason it really brought tears to my eyes to see these memories of my mum again.

I had 9 VHS Cassettes which were so personal and important to me (baby videos, wedding videos etc). My video player recently broke and I really wanted my memories preserved. I saw Old to New advertising on FB and sent them a message.The response was nothing but positive. All questions answered, the price was reasonable and my 9 cassettes and 1 DVD were picked up from my door and delivered back to me.I now have my priceless memories on a usb, plugged into my TV and myself and my children can turn them on anytime.I would highly recommend their services. I recently contacted Old to New Images to arrange the transfer VHS video footage of my children to digital format. Jason was so easy to liaise with; he was professional and super prompt, and went out of his way to see that I was satisfied. Jason reviewed all my videos, and only charged me for the ones that had footage of my family. He wouldn't even let me compensate him for the extra time and effort. Jason also helped me through formatting issues that I had and persisted until we resolved the glitch, making sure that I recieved my videos in a format that I could access easily. To add to the exceptional service, Jason promptly picked up my videos and delivered them with the digital version within 2 days. It was so easy. I can’t actually believe I will be able to watch allour home videos after 20++ years of them being on VHS tapes and hidden away in a box. Jason has done a fantastic job transferring everything onto USB and was so easy to deal with. I, like others, had questions about the procedure but these were answered promptly and put my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to recommend ‘Old to New Images’ to anyone requiring this service! ☺️

Had content from 6 Mini DV Tapes from school and uni days many years ago digitised and stored in USB device. Jason was prompt with comms, and made it easy to drop them off at a nearby suburb and delivered them to my area. Great service and highly recommended! Thank you.
