Southern IML Pathology

They're just trash in there, rude, dismissive. I get it ladies, I dont want to be there either but please treat people with a bit more respect instead of forcefully restraining frightened individuals.

Yesterday afternoon, I went to your Nowra southern pathology, I got a such terrible service!The most angry is not that the unskilled technician can not find my blood vessels twice, in my blood vessels everywhere disorderly poke, the most angry is your manager's attitude, she thinks up and down in the patient's blood vessels around random, is so professional service! While the rest of you professionals only need once to find the patient's blood vessel, why is your rude manager so unreasonable and unreasonable without any attitude of apology?Taken an injection three times for found my vessels! The first two were poked up and down in my arm by a technician who couldn't find the blood vessels at all! And the most infuriating thing was that after I told her to stop, she proved that she had found a blood vessel with a little blood from my broken skin, and the manager and supervisor of your clinic all came to me and said, your professional service is to poke up and down and left and right for looking the blood vessel! But, your true professional technician found the blood vessel in once! The second technician found my blood vessel skillfully, a true professional technician could never up and down to into patient's vessels to find blood vessel! Your service attitude is extremely outrageous and unreasonable!

I have been to Southern Pathology Junction St Nowra for the 2nd time in a month and both time my experience was very positive. The pathologist was very professional, courteous and friendly. Both times I did not feel the needle and no bruising. Well done and thank you

Not one lady there has the skills to communicate on the phone, had a covid test done on Tuesday and haven’t received results as of yet, I’ve called 3 times today although they should have called or texted me my results earlier, and I’m still waiting. Great work guys, I don’t have bills to pay or anything, thanks a lot

The lady at the reception is so rude and aggressive. I have visited two times. She doesn't greet. She doesn't even give proper information what to do next. this place is like hell. I would never ever visit there. It was a terrible experience. Do not visit please.

I too will be going to Histopath Bomaderry, as Southern IML do not care at all about people. No help whatsoever on the phone for a covid test.

I didn't know if it deserved a one starAt 90 years of age and disabled.I waited 3/4of an hour for a test in my carWhen I rang to say I needed the toilet they still didn't come out ..in the end I HAD TO DRIVE AWAY UNATTENDED????

We were told the Southern IML at Nowra would be open on 27th December for Covid19 testing and they were closed. It now appears that they had changed their address and not changed it on the website. My partner requires the test to go back to Queensland and it was important that he had the test at or 4pm. Getting tired of people who don’t care what they say when they are responsible for giving important information.

Very quick to get a test but ridiculously slow with results! Tested first thing on Monday and still no results by late Friday. Went and got another test at Histopath and got results within 24 hours. I know where I will go next time.

Fast, excellent phlebotomy. There were no issues when they took blood, and staff are friendly.
