Needs more signals to find what your looking for and how to get into the place,including from the main road particularly for travellers. Personally I liked the old shop better.

Oh dear me.After riding 31,000Ks with no trouble, I took my Ducati in for a “Desmo” service. I was told the bike would be completely stripped down. Cost $2,200. Less than 100ks later, I was riding home from work and the Right sided pannier fell off!Ok, sometimes these things happen but it’s what happened next that irks me the most. The bike was collected from me on Monday morning. On Wednesday, I got a call to tell me that “the bike will be looked at tomorrow”. You’d think that having paid $2,200 for a service and 100ks later the pannier falling off would perhaps make sorting the bike out a priority, particularly as I made it very clear that I rely significantly on the bike for work. Not these people! Take the bike from me on Monday morning and take a look 4 days later. And not one person could bring themselves to say that magic word - sorry. Never again.

Had my Multi serviced and new front fork seals at 15000kl ( now that's another story)The team were great, met Palo who dedicate Duc tech, was apprehensive about using Fraser's but will be back.

Fraser’s Mayfield is not the same as Fraser’s Broadmeadow years ago.Salespeople are actually helpful, considerate and deliver a great customer experience.I turned up with my husband to try on a helmet. We were surprised and delighted by the time and patience the staff showed to us.Well done to the new management of Fraser’s.

What a pleasurable experience purchasing a new(Demo) bike from Tommy and the team at Fraser’s Newcastle , so accommodating and patient with what was a drawn out process waiting for my insurance payout from my crashed bike, I would definitely recommend this Harley dealership
