Beautiful jewelry at a great price, unfortunately I left a ring there to be reshanked and they have lost it currently, unable to do a full search because of holidays, so I won't know anything more toll Tuesday. Poor form as it was there 2 weeks ago.

Terrible customer service. I bought a $400 watch, had a problem that needed a simple service repair under warranty. After going back and forth for months, they told me I HAD TO SEND MYSELF the watch to the company and I had to pay myself the postage (among some bad miscommunication on their end). Would not recommend buying here any expensive watch, -3/10

Genuinely upset with the quality and service.Purchased a gold necklace $3299 that broke In five weeks of owning it the clasp broke while I was un clipping it from my neck 110% faulty item. Was told three weeks to get this repaired and returned. Returned necklace on the 15/1/2021 and has only just been received by the factory 05/2/2021 and am now being told I will receive it in 3-4 weeks meaning they will of had it longer than what I’ve owned it for. Personally I won’t be a customer of Angus & Coote in the future and do not recommend them as a jewellery store if this is the quality and service they provide. When purchasing such an expensive item the last thing you want on your mind is it breaking again with the chance of loosing it while being out, and this is the fear they have instilled in this product.

Awful jewellery overpriced watches that fall apart And take in water ..bit strange for a divers watch do not expect a refund or exchange instead wait up to 10 weeks for it to be fixed and hopefully not fall apart again
