3-4 years trying to get our property subdivided and still hasn't been done. We have to call for updates because they never provide any updates, we have paid them close to $10,000.00 and still no end results... stay away.

I have dealt with Nobelius Land Surveyors on a number of subdivisions.Tarryn Shreider has always been a light at the end of some very long dark tunnels which seem to be part of the complex tangle of the bureaucratic maze in the Town Planning department at Bass Coast Shire. Nobelius has been an excellent service provider for our initial land surveying all the way up to subdivision. Excellent service, very responsive and helped guide through each step without hesitation.Highly recommended and the price was definitely competitive and we are so glad we went with them as it turned out great to work with them to complete our project.

A belated thank you to Maxine who guided me through the surveying and LTO submission process like a pro. Development is littered with people who can't see past their noses so how refreshing to work with someone who cared and went out of their way prepare in lieu of others so she could submit asap. A very good company. Will be using again for sure!
