I have had many teeth taken out by Dr Carel, each one has been a very pleasant experience. Couldn’t recommend this practice more, staff are always friendly an accommodating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Couldn’t be more happy with the care provided by my Dr Carel.My 5 year old isn’t good with strangers, let alone a stranger poking around in his mouth. However Dr carel was amazing with him. Made him feel comfortable and happy to go again.If you’re looking for a Dentist that’s great with kids Dr Carel is it. Thanks Again.

Have been coming here to get new retainers post braces. However, the retainers have come back three times incorrect. Which cost me a lot of time coming in and out and the long wait (although i understand that this is the country) times to get the retainers which made me feel frustrated as from what i understood these need to be fitted right because teeth move fast! My teeth are very important to me and the third time that the retainers came back incorrect (they fit but has some technical flaws again), I asked if I could get a refund as I thought about just getting this done in New Zealand (where I got my braces) using the scan process instead of biting down onto the mold but I was very disappointed to be informed that I couldn't and told that this could be a personal" "issue" because this has been redone three times. This is not a review on the technician
