We are locals and have used the spar for over 6 years but ever since they came under new ownership the quality of everything there has seriously gone down.We bought some medium grain rice and there were cobwebs inside and 2 moths flew out. We took it back to the store and the man refused to do anything about it. No refund, nothing replaced. Nothing. Really disappointed and disgusted.
