Service fast and friendly only one issue tried to put money in metre kept spitting it back out and came up with weird numbers so went into do my jobs came back out to find a parking fine went back in they came and checked it and it worked so went into pay and it wasn't on the system yet not happy

Excellent amalgamation of services at Service Tas. Get a number and then wait for quick service (I was there on a busy Friday afternoon and was still served quickly). Efficient, friendly service. Devonport Library also in the building makes for added convenience. I paid my rental bond, transferred driver’s license to Tas and got a library card all in the one place in about 20 minutes! Beautiful, thank you.

The service experience at Service today is bipolar.The service staff at Counter 1 gave me a very bad experience. When she served others, she would smile, but when she arrived at us, her tone was very bad. I believe you can see it if there is a recording at the Counter or CCTV.And I was thinking, is it because we're Asian?Why do you speak to us so ferociously and with complete impatience?But when it comes to non-Asian faces, she had a nice attitude?The second time we were served at Counter 2. Jane was very nice and made us feel very comfortable.Both experiences were in service, but they were completely different.

Fast service and efficient. Catherine is very helpful and friendly. Michelle is not. Quite rude in fact, is it that hard to be friendly and smile?

I had the most delightful lady serve me at counter 5 Friday afternoon so friendly & welcoming to serve me, it was nice to be treated well & not be just a number! Left feeling very happy with this experience.

I wish if I don't want to come again to TAS service Davenport... it's a nightmare. I was sitting almost 2hrs to talk to someone.

Lovely service desk staff brite and bubbly very helpful and friendly and attended in timely manner.

Waiting in line was fast. The officers are also quite attentive towards the case. They are doing their job really good! :)
