Brad and his team of professional practitioners have somehow kept this old body on the footy oval well beyond its use by date.After chronic hamstring issues, missing every third week of football and feeling like I was getting nowhere with my previous physio, I turned to ReForm Health. Brad managed to put a plan in place with regular treatment and well thought out exercises that now has me playing full seasons of uninterrupted sport.I continue to see Brad and Monica for regular back, glute and hamstring treatment as well as reformer pilates and my body has never felt better.You won't regret it.

Can't recommend the team at Reform Health enough. As a client for over three years, the treatment and care has been fantastic. I have been under Monica and Brad's care during this time for my lower back and more recently my pregnancy. Monica has been great and helping me return to exercise postpartum and helping strengthen my core. The pilates classes is also recommended.

I went and saw Monica as I could hardly walk or move. I couldn’t even roll over in bed because of my lower back. I went and had my first treatment with yesterday and today I could get out of bed move so much more then I could and have had next to no pain killers. I know it will be a long path but because of Monica’s amazing work and knowledge I’m on my path to recovery. Thank you. Highly recommend
