Went to get a battery replacement. When called up prior they quoted $20.95. When I got there they said $30. Said they needed to replace the seal as well. Said I didn't need it dive proof, they still said no you need to change the seal every time. Nope you don't, have had it changed before without a new seal. Rude person working there. 0 stars. Funny thing is I took it to kawana after, to mister minit, he said $20.95, so got it done there, polite person. Seems the maroochydore branch are greedy.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Had my mothers watch band fixed and they were super friendly and helpful after we had been told by a nearby jeweller that they couldn't fix it. Cobbler crew fixed the band within a few minutes. Highly recommend them.

Great friendly service. The staff member wasn't 100% sure the key we had copied was going to fit so offered a solution in case it didn't work when we got home and could test it. Nice for them to be honest rather than let us walk away and potentially find a problem later. Would shop here again.

Went to change battery for my watch.. got quoted $21.95. I said, isn't the battery like $3 or $4. He laughs at me, if you can find it, buy a dozen. Well here it is at Coles..$3.25 (type 377), and took me 3 mins flat to change it. What a rip off. $374/per hour labour rate for a battery change ?? I'm in the wrong business.

This afternoon I came in looking for a christmas gift, and was given exceptional service by Jade. A huge smile was on his face the whole time, and he went above and beyond to help me out as much as he could. Would strongly recommend speaking to him if you need anything. I've worked in customer service/sales/retail for 10+ years and I know good service when I see it.Great work, keep it up Jade :)

Went in for battery replacement. Told me my watch takes 2 batteries. I told him only one it had been replaced before. Later told me it takes one big battery which he doesn't stock. Asked for the battery number so I could try elsewhere and was told he couldn't get in to the battery. Huh? Rude man. Not going back

I should’ve known better not to get my watch battery changed here. The guy was rude and didn’t even look at my watch before telling me he can get it done in 10mins. Sure enough he ended up breaking the seal which costed me over $200 to get it fixed at another watch repairer
