Bargara Beach Yoga

Yoga with Allison across from the beach in the building at the entrance to caravan park is one of the most exceptional places on Earth. Allison is an experienced and naturally gifted yoga teacher who balances just the perfect amount of instruction for the whole class with individual attention and caring for each person from beginners to advanced. I was there on a sailboat at Port Bundaberg Marina having sailed across from the USA where I had taught yoga for 30 years, I was so happy to find such a great class in such an idyllic setting. The class goes over to the Surf Club Cafe on the beachfront after class, a tradition I have enjoyed from my classes in Bonita Beach, Florida all the way across the world to here in Australia. What a great thing you have going on here in Bargara!

Absolute super poses that increase flexibility especially in the spinal region.

Alison was very astute and knowledgeable about the intricacies of yoga,got me moving and stretching easily,very enjoyable and good for self belief.
