Simon the pharmacist is great. Vast knowledge with a caring demeanour. Emphasises why this is my regular pharmacy.

Very happy with service provided including the prices of the products. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone as the staff are very knowledgeable, respectful and always have stock for what I need.

Not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from. I'm giving up after a couple of tries - staff is awkward to rude, not a smile in sight and don't seem to have much structure as they're endlessly searching for one or another thing.I wanted to get a prescription which after 30min waiting time I was advised had to be ordered in but still had to prepay this item if I wanted to take wirh me the second one on my order. I was told to come in the next day and still not in, asked to get a refund and even this took 10min. I didn't get my original receipt back and when they started on another odyssey to search for it I just gave up and walked out. Hopeless!!!

It’s pretty big for a local Chemist, a lot of ranges. By far the cheapest in the area, and I’ve shopped around at all the discount chemists. But how can you beat this? Simon (the owner) got me a special order, price matched it, had it delivered to my door, then rang me a week later to make sure I was ok, I’ll never forget it. They deliver for free, they call you, they follow up, but I like going in. Reliable service, genuine people, friendly staff and they care. The best chemist in the Northern Beaches and I would highly recommend.

Rang this place this morning - spoke to Simon. A most helpful and well spoken fellow - what was to be a routine business call turned into a pleasant and positive conversation. Recommend this pharmacy.

Blue building on the main road of Narrabeen. Well stocked, very very expensive! The wait time here for scripts is far longer than the half hour wait after the covid shot, or being PCR tested and that says alot! Especially when they said 10 minutes for the scriptsThe staff here could use either a refresher course on their people skills, especially Dianne she's unbelievably rude! Or new staff, with better skills cos I heard several staff behind the counter speak to customer who was annoyed, impatience, at being kept waiting as though she was below them or stupid. The customer didn't look stupid to me she looked fed up and scared about missing her bus! The situation was only made worse by them referring to her as having a Tantrum! Wow how rude! How incredibly rude! If anyone in any other customer service field spoke to a customer like that they would be sacked without delay! Because you have no idea who that person your talking to really is!I must also add this please check the scripts very carefully, a family friend of mine has a condition where she takes rivitrol, the pharmacist here must have mis read the script and gave her a stronger dosage, white tablets instead of pink pills good thing she didn't touch it, she now goes else where! save your selves the long wait time and go to chemist warehouse or priceline

I went to the pharmacy because I was in a moment of panic attack with tachycardia at 140, I could not go to the hospital and I was alone at that moment, the next place unfortunately was that pharmacy, thinking I would only have a little comfort since professionals work (I know they are not doctors but, I expect some knowledge regarding anxiety and palpitations) and at least to take my blood pressure to see if everything was okay, I just needed to be calmed, reassured, instead of one of they rolled his eyes, visibly annoyed (thinking I wanted prescription drugs like I was a junkie when I didn't ask for any of that) rudely said he couldn't do anything, gave me some natural soothing candy" and sent me away. I managed to keep calm but I was almost in tears and had to calm down on my own. i am italian / australian by experience they have never treated me so badly
