Very happy with my manicure and pedicure. The staff are very attentive and did a great job.

I made an appointment at Ms Queeny last week for a pedicure and SNS. After explaining I’m a hairdresser and that I’d never had SNS before the lovely lady who looked after me took the time to explain the service she’d perform to fix my raggy fingernails and give me the longevity I needed and keep my nails from staining. A week later my nails still look perfect and I’ve never had more compliments. My experience at Ms Queeny was relaxing, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The price was also extremely reasonable. I usually leave nail salons feeling flustered and rushed, however I floated out of this salon happy to have found passionate and careful service so close to home.

Just moved into the area and thought I would support the local Nail salon. Never again. My appointment was at 10am and no one there. Waited for 15 minutes and then went to have a coffee. When I walked in just before 10.30am the woman said I was late. I told them I had been earlier and they could have phoned me. Said the traffic was bad. No excuse. Had shellac removed from toe nails and just a pedicure without polish. When I got home and had a close look at my nails I had to cut half of them again. They were cut at different lengths.

Very poor service, girls keep chatting with each other -did not even file the foot nails, no lotion applied ,very average work.Thought of getting a nice Pedi after the lockdown, but very disappointed - even though the rating is high for this place .The SNS quality is also not good -they keep layers very thick.

I was just visiting Sydney on my way to Canberra and needed a good salon and this place was perfect. Excellent and kind service and very hard working ladies. Did a wonderful job of my ombre nails for my brothers wedding and fairly priced as well. Awesome shop with free parking outside! Thanks ladies!!

Initially I gave this salon 5 stars as I have been coming here for years and the ladies that work here have very good attention to detail and the price points are reasonably priced. However, based on my last visit and recent phone call to rebook my rating has changed to 1 star. The customer service is absolutely appalling. A few months back I missed my appointment due to a personal reason and the salon failed to remind me as they did not write down my contact number. When I went back, I was given the cold shoulder by the owner. I was willing to give this place another go as I apologised for missing my appointment. I rang up today and tried to make a booking and yet again I was rudely addressed. When I said let me give you my contact number, the owner rudely replied I’m busy. I completely understand nail salons get busy but there is no need to be rude and brush people off. Just be polite. It’s really not that difficult, otherwise you lose customers.

Jenny and the girls are absolutely nothing short of amazing! I’ve bee coming to this salon for over 7 years and I’ve NEVER EVER had an issue ! Jenny and her staff are amazing , attentive and Jenny goes absolutely above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable and welcome!

Tried it for the first time and absolutely loved it! Gave them a call just few hours before closing, they were able to fit me in and did a great pedi and manicure. No rush, even they were really busy. Friendly atmosphere and outstanding quality. Would make it my regular place.Thank you!

This is a cash only salon (which I was not made aware of at the time of booking). Many people nowadays, don't carry cash or bank cards to retrieve cash from an ATM, instead paying for services using their phones (e.g. GooglePay). Cash only, is quite inconvenient and it would be great if this salon could recognise this and adapt. Apart from this, the nail quality and efficiency was great!
