I've been attending twice a week and I am very pleased with the experience. Instruction is gradual but thorough – appropriate for all ages and experience levels.Having never previously been athletically inclined, I now go out of my way to make it to as many training sessions at Norwood as possible. Every class is enjoyable and raises a sweat. This is the first form of regular exercise or sport that I have ever stuck with for more than a couple of months.Pete.

My son has been attending this school for almost a year now. With the professional and impressive coaches here he has grown from a shy child who knew nothing about how to defend himself into a highly confident child who improves every session, and who I now believe could actively defend himself if he ever needed to.I'm full of gratitude to the team at Rhee Taekwondo and would recommend any parent to enrol their son or daughter in this program. Not only has my son learnt a range of skills and improved his strength and fitness but he has grown massively in his confidence. You will not be disappointed by the results!
