Had some troublesome point flecks all over the bonnet but the guys removed them no problem as well as doing a great job on the overall clean and polish. Highly recommend.

The team at Car Wash Bowral cared about me and my car when I brought it in after getting concrete dust on it. They genuinely were concerned and took care of it by using the right products to fix it and kept in contact with me during the progress of the wash. I will most definitely be trusting my car with them again.

On visiting the attendant pointed out to clean the inner door pillars and a thorough clean would be extra to answer that’s ok then.On pick up the interior still had loose dirt on further inspection the outside still had loose orange bug splatter that I rubbed of with ease after I pointed out images I took so I could show the office, he got very irate saying you must take before photos to prove the difference. I’m responded “we bought the car dirty it’s cleaner but still very dirty” and he said oh you need full detailing to get that. I said “you quoted me extra to clean the inner doors sills extra and I’ve just shown my finger running down with loose dust on it” again he was angry. I explained Im just giving you a heads up if you’d like us to come back? He walked out rubbed around a bit and came back, gave a small discount, as I paid. I would prefer a clean car that’s new for reference too than a small discount.

Used to get my car washed there on a regular basis. The last time I used them I wasn't at all happy. When I mentioned it the guy was very off hand and too busy" - would I bring it back!! I'll never use again!!"

Very professional, I was able to drop the car off before work and pick it up after work and it was cleaner than when I bought it from the dealers, very great stop too and friendly staff.

Took my car down last minute for a wash and was very pleased with the results, my car looked brand new again and smelt amazing, thanks again.

I went to BCW on recommendation. I had a friend’s car on loan which I wanted washed before returning it. I rang , booked the car in and arrived at 4pm to be greeted with “we haven’t got time for this” ! As it was a wet day the car wash was empty! I explained that I just wanted it washed and vacuumed nothing else. This very rude attendant quoted $180 … I nearly died! As I needed it done…. He insisted he wouldn’t do it for less than $140! Like a fool I agreed . It took them 35 minutes . I had to remove everything from the car which at the end I had to replace! The job was very average and I was disgusted with the attendant’s rudeness, lack of any manners and work ethic as I drove out into the rain!!! I rang to complain and was told that even though they have a price range sign posted , that at Bowral you must have your car detailed ….. why because we are seen to be wealthy mugs who fall for this rubbish!!!Will never darken their door step again!!Virginia

Arrived home from interstate yesterday, car covered in bugs and dirt. Took it to Bowral car wash who did an excellent job of cleaning and vacuuming it. Money well spent thanks guys.
