Never managed to contact them. Couldn't even leave a voicemail. The message box was full. Feels like they are no longer operating. Do yourself a favour and find someone else.

We inquired through their website 2 weeks ago on a portable oxygen concentrator. They have provided me and my wife, detailed information on their pre-used machines. We decided to go ahead with it and very satisfied with the service.

Excellent service if oxygen is not necessary for your continued survival. Providers innovative troubleshooting advice such as.. turn off machine and then turn it back on again". Excellent at invoicing with urgency but perhaps needing a little more motivation when replacing life preserving equipment that is faulty."
