I have been a customer for 4 years now. I come up every 4-5 weeks as I have family in the port Stephens area. I would highly recommend kaylah to everyone! Such a beautiful and caring lady who takes pride in her work. I get eyelash extensions done off kaylah and I get compliments daily

First time I went great customer service. I tried making a second appointment unfortunately it got cancelled due to a staff memberbeing sick. I wanted another appointment and thought I was reasonabe. I was promised at a time and then told I could not longer have the appointment due to double booking I tried to talk to them but became ignored I waited for a reply back but no response
