Unfriendly and rude staff. Just to remove normal nail polished and paint charged $20.Overpriced

all i needed was an infill for my lashes, they told me to wait 5 mintues and i’ll be cared for. A 40 minute wait goes by while i’m sitting in this room watching her do a girls max volume set. At least tell me that there was a massive wait when my lashes would have taken 10 minutes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!My nails are still hurting after 5 days.I needed my nails taken off as I am about to have a baby and the man was ripping them off. When I asked for soak off he got angry and refused. So I got up to walk out as he only took off 4 nails and I couldn’t bare the pain anymore. he chased me to the counter yelling at me calling me sensitive. I told him to get the manager and then she came out yelling at me calling me sensitive and to pay them $20. I called security on them as I felt harassed and I cried while they kept yelling at me.

I had booked in to get a pedicure and a full set my pedicure took an hour and a half with 3 ladies swapping in and out. The 3rd lady to do my nails had made me bleed by cutting my cuticle so far down and then filing over it with the electric file when I brought this to the attention of the manager she told me to get out before she called security not before paying $60 though. I do not recommend. Nothing professional about this business at all

I love the way they did my nails. Usually most places paint too many layers making the shellac look bulky but they made it look nice and natural. However I felt as though the nail artist wasn’t the most friendly..

The lady doing my pedicure was rushing. She cut me twice and ripped at the skin on my toe causing it to bleed. It's now swollen and sore. She didn't cure the shellac properly and it's already starting to come off after 5 hours -_-

Don’t go to this place even you are in desperate need. I went remove my full set as I have my toddler with me I couldn’t go to my nail salon so went here. First of all place was packed but still they told me to sit and charges were 20$ for removal as I have full set on it need to me remove with acetone and foil wrap but the lady which I assume is the owner decide to remove them with clipper and a fake nail and damage my nail bed. I was in a hurry so didn’t say much there but they need to work on these basic ethics how to treat a customer. If you are full then do let the other person know to go some where else rather than making them wait 20 minutes and then doing such a bad job . My nails are still hurting and it’s been 2 days already.

I went in on the 23rd of December, they were absolutely packed and over worked and they still got me started for a full set of acrylics in half an hour. The tech that did my nails was so lovely and chatty and did an amazing job. My nails are still going strong almost a month later.My one complaint they are exxy - I had chrome powder used over my gel and they charged me $15 extra for that, I buy those powders at home for my own use and they are at best $6 on eBay. But hey - that's business! Otherwise I recommend them

Went in today and this is my #1 spot now… espicslly I’m btown. these people really do focus on their work and detail more and honestly the best nails I’ve gotton. THANKS BEN !! 11/10

DANGEROUS PLACE! Waxed my eyebrows like they didnt waxed it and waxing a layer of my skin instead.
