I have stayed in this hotel during June 11-18. The hotel facilities are excellent and clean, but customers service is not ideal:My colleague and I needed to check out early mornings on Sunday and will miss the breakfast. We ask the front desk if we could have simple breakfast to take away. We were told we need to order 24hr in advance. This is a surprise for a 5 star hotel. I felt that I was taken as kind of a trouble maker even such requirement is not clearly informed in any way. I should say the lady at front desk is friendly and helpful, but conversation with someone pop our the back door is interesting.There are some small areas where the service is not seamless. Overall is kind of ok.

Pro: Clean room, nice facility, cheap price.Con: Untrained staff, poor service, weird reception position.After we had the first gin tonic, I asked to have second one he talked to me in about 1.5 meters distance said: you gotta pay for it.Yes I paid. Thanks for your remind.Definitely not a five star hotel but would be a lovely morden 4 star for budget travel.

I've stayed at nearly every Marriott property in Melbourne over 15 years. This was my first stay at the AC Marriott. Initially I was concerned about the location but was quickly reminded how walkable Melbourne is. The promenade takes your nearly all the way from the Crown complex and the CBD to the hotel. The gym is first rate. Most of all, I was impressed by the staff. From my arrival, Sam took care of me. The restaurant and lounge staff, including those in the kitchen, were all very kind. I'll look forward to another stay soon.

My friend and I stayed at the AC hotel by Marriott over the weekend for her birthday. We were so taken back by the service, it was wonderful. We were instantly greeted and received complimentary champagne and cocktails upon arrival. We received 2 boxes of complimentary chocolates and 2 bottles of wine. The moment you walk into the checking area on level 7, you are instantly filled with a relaxing ambience with soft music in the background. It was a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and very helpful. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the parking out the front, but they also have valet parking, which is at a reasonable price, so its worth it. The rooms were immaculate and very modern. The bed was very comfortable and we had a really beautiful view from our window. I will definitely be back again in the near future.

Stayed here with a few colleagues for a workshop organised by my employment. Comfortably squished three adults into one room (as requested by us), included buffet breakfast was full of choice, and staff were incredibly friendly. Valerie checked us in and out with a big smile the whole time, and even assisted with the validated parking when I met her in the elevator! Wonderful team and beautiful hotel!

While the rooms are luxurious, the staff here are fantastic and what made my stay memorable. Everyone from check in, to breakfast service to the trendy bar, always actively working to ensure we were looked after. Breakfast was great and would recommend the Spanish omelette.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in while traveling in Australia. Wonderful staff, very nice and clean rooms/common areas. Only problem was we were a bit far from everything, but a quick Uber ride solved everything! Thanks team for making all your guests feel like VIPs.

All the staff are kind and lovely. Probably the best hotel of my life. I recommend this place to everyone. The spacious and clean rooms, perfect amenity, beautiful swimming pool, and delicious restaurants are all amazing. Thank you for everything. I will definitely come back. As expected, hotels are marriott! THANKS FOR ALL :)

My hubby ,paw baby and I had a night stay at this AC Hotel for Easter holiday and we enjoyed our stay. Very helpful and lovely staff. The room was amazing, This is one of the best travel experiences I've had for a long time.Well worth the money. great buffet experience, I really appreciate their service for pets. I would stay here again and recommend to everyone.♥️

Such an amazing experience myself and my partner had for his birthday weekend. We loved every bit of it. The staff were all so friendly.The rooms were beautiful and clean and very comfortable, not to mention the city views!!The complimentary drinks were a bonus! The buffet breakfast was awesome, so much to choose from and everything was delicious. We will definitely come back when we visit the city again, highly recommend. Thank you AC Marriott and staff
