Elevate Dental

I had some bad experiences with an orthodontist in childhood, so I would class myself as a very nervous dental patient and frankly had avoided whenever I could ... so the time came to have quite a bit of work done including fillings, a crown, and a wisdom tooth extraction. James Wong and the team here have been fantastic, such a relief. Very clear communication about what needed to be done, I knew all my options, felt comfortable about talking about my concerns/fears, asking any questions at any time. A couple of long appointments were made easier with the noise cancelling headphones, comforting presence of the team, and knowing I could take breaks if I needed. James' work is thorough, he's very gentle, very good. Oriana and the crew are lovely and genuinely caring. I can't recommend Elevate highly enough, especially if you're fearful of dentists!

Hello to anyone reading this.I have not left a place in such along time where I can honestly Say I was so sincerely impressed and happy,The Staff & Team @ Elevate Dental were beyond helpful, my words can express enough, although when I was finished I was so happy and just so much stress they all made me feel welcome. When I found Elevate Dental I was skeptical because I needed my dentist to really understand my sensitivities. After only one week with them I knew I could trust they would do the job! And they did, with sensitivity & understanding. Now, I’m wrapped with the result! Highly recommend!!!

My experience with the Richmond clinic has been amazing! Dr Judith has always made me feel comfortable and has been able to explain things in detail so that it still made sense to me. I always get to choose what music to put on when they give me the headphones, which makes the whole process a lot less scarier! They’ve even called/texted me to check up on me after my appointments to see if I’m in any pain. Really happy I’ve chosen this clinic to look after my teeth!

Dr Judith made me wait close to 3 weeks in pain before I myself had to follow up on something she told me to wait on them for. I did not rush them out of respect, however, clearly they did not reciprocate respect.I asked why it took so long as I had clearly stated to them I was in pain close to 3 weeks prior.She told me I'm sorry you feel that way"...this is usually a very disingenuous "sorry" people dish out

I had to have some front teeth fixed after a bad accident, Elevate Dental saw me same day and got me out of pain until I could be cosmetically fixed up. Judith Ong is the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with, she was so kind, thorough and quick but with care every step of the way. Judith made sure I understood every procedure I was going through and comforted me when I was uneasy. I’ve had a few dentists in my 10 years of dental work and would recommend her to anyone. Oriana was also amazing in following up after every appointment, giving me tips and tricks to heal faster/stay out of pain. I will return to Judith for any dental issues as long as I am in Melbourne. Never thought I would look forward to heading to the dentist but the team at Elevate Dental in Richmond make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Great professional care delivered with up to date equipment and techniques. I'm a fan and have booked my new appointment.
