The Car Kit Company have installed hands free kits in three cars for my family and each time it was easy as they came out and did the work at our home. The service, price and quality of work were all spot on. I highly recommend a car kit from The Car Kit Company for anyone with a smart phone and also recommend getting one that lets you play the music from your phone through the car stereo - an awesome feature!

If I could leave no star on the rating I would because they have the worst customer service I've experienced, they have been stalling me for over a month with a head unit, each time I message no reply until days later, then only when I call they text back with still no exact answer to my enquiry or questions I've asked, tou need to text a few times to get some answers then to call me rude when i get frustrated I would not recommend them after how they spoke to me absolutely disgusting

I recently used the Car Kit company to install a hands free system in my car. I dealt with Nick who was highly professional and provided excellent information, all the details I requested including pictures and ensured a very smooth process. I found the company via google not knowing of anyone in particular who provided such a service and that is always a bit of a concern however they were just brilliant. The installer (sorry I cant recall his name) came to my work to install the product and was very personable and did a great job. I did encounter one person on the phone, when Nick wasn't available, who wasn't as helpful, but Nick sorted that out and was brilliant at all times. Highly recommend their product and service - particularly Nick - great job

If I could leave a no star rating I would. The product and services provided has been abysmal. A couple of years ago my wife and I purchased a head unit and a reverse camera with the understanding that the install would use existing factory wiring/microphone etc. We were grossly misled. 2 years later the unit and the install is riddled with issues. The system is buggy, faulty, bluetooth disconnects/drops out, the charging cable and function doesn't work (a tech came out and gave me a lighter adapter charger to use instead), after a system update no change, I dont play music through the bluetooth function because its unreliable and freezes, I use my headset because no one can hear what I am saying. I have brought these issues to customer service and have been met with complete rudeness and defensiveness. My complaints have been palmed off as the manufacturers fault. No responsibility has been taken and all the blame as been put on the me the customer. I haven't experienced such poor service. In saying this my wife was also spoken to rudely, with her complaints and requests completely dismissed. Money hungry company with no interest in the customer what so ever. Stay away.

Great product, great service.I have tried numerous car phone products, but The Car Kit's product is the only one that operates to the quality that I wanted.Installer comes to your house or work to install at a time convenient to you.I have no hesitation in recommending the Car Kit Company

We have used them to update our software from time to time and found there communication and service to be first class each time. They are also very pleasant to deal with over the phone. Excellent service. My parking sensors do work well again. The service was provided in timely fashion and below the estimated cost. Sam, who worked on my car, has a great skills and nice personality.Recommended.

Called up on a Wednesday for a last-minute check to see if rear-sensors and an iPhone cradle could be installed. It was going to be a stretch because I left it to the last minute to call....they said they would try and make it out on Friday and sure enough they did. Received periodic calls throughout the day to let me know that they were still tracking to the scheduled time (unheard of...I had a dishwasher repaired with a call out time range of 5 hours!).An issue with invoicing was resolved quickly and politely.Awesome. Highly recommended.

I have been trying to sort out a hands free phone/music system with The Car Kit Company for over a year now and though for a long time we didn't have it right (due solely to my phone not charging in the cradle), they were always helpful in trying to find a solution. Now I have a system I love and it works exactly the way I need it to. The system that was finally installed was a purpose cradle charger for the iPhone and music via bluetooth - I thoroughly recommend it. Initially the cradle included the charger and the music connection and it just didn't work. Good work Car Kit Company!

I can't recommend The Car Kit Company enough!The audio on my Front + Rear Parking Sensors had stopped working 2 years or so after having them installed.I contacted The Car Kit Company and was informed that the display unit would be replaced under warranty. A little over a week later I was contacted by the local area (Wollongong) Tech who told me the new unit had arrived and arranged to meet him in 2 days time. Replacement of the unit took only a few minutes and I was happy to have that friendly voice back again telling me how much space I had behind & in front of me as I parked.It was a relatively quick and hassle-free process, as was the original installation.
