Will never order from this site again, they are part of a rely service. The bouquet was small and ordinary definitely not worth $134.90 (includes shipping). You can get stunning bouquets for that price elsewhere.

Ordered flowers for my friend's birthday from NAZ Flowers. The flowers arrived on time and was super fresh and beautiful. Really satisfied with the overall experience.

I looked up a local florist in Preston VIC. “NAZ Flowers” came up as address: High Street, Preston, VIC. I tried to phone the number given and got a recorded message “unavailable “. So I ordered on the recommended website, chose a photo (see below) and paid including a tip, by CC. The delivery arrived, also see photo below, from a florist in Sunshine, which is many many kilometres from Preston. Compare the two photos. What a rip off!!!!!!! $100 wasted. Could have bought the same bunch for $25 from a supermarket, and not paid what amounted to $75 delivery. Buyer beware!!!!

Buying Flowers here for the very first time. Totally happy with the Outcome. The flowers were lovely my sister loved it. Staffs here are very friendly, they helped me to pick the correct flowers. Very timely delivery as I ordered in a last min, but they delivered it promptly. Definitely will come back again. Highly recommend NAZ Flowers to everyone I know.

I ordered 20 premium red roses for my partner in advance to make sure the order would be smooth.On the day of my partners birthday I receive a call, starting they don't have 20 red roses and I would have to choose another colour. It's not what I paid for.Ended up having to pick half red and half pink roses as the call I received was at lunchtime on the day, so it was too late to order it from someone else and get it delivered on the same day.I was told the latest the flowers would be delivered was 5pm.So I called my partner as I was heading home and the flowers hadn't been delivered by 5pm.I reach out to find out where my order was and the response was its been dispatched.Just as I get home 6:20pm the delivery arrives.Really poor service and care factor.Also found out they didn't even put water in the flowers.
