I recently visited their Bankstown store, and I was blown away by their incredible selection of fragrances. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the store has a great ambiance.

The best perfume shop in Sydney! One stop shop for for all your popular scents. I have been being served by Kahlia and Kat and it has been the most pleasant experience! I looked everywhere for Parfums de Marly and I finally found it!

I came in yesterday looking to buy 2 Xerjoff perfumes and I left with nothing after 10 mins. Not one staff member acknowledged my existence (in an empty store). Instead, I had one worker almost breathing down my neck as she watched me smell fragrances. Didn’t utter one word to me or asked if I needed help. What a disappointment.Needless to say, I took my money to a Parfumerie in the City who had well trained staff and assisted me with everything I needed the minute I stepped foot into their store.Beautiful store, terrible service & staff. It’s almost as if they’re selective with who they serve lolWill never shop for niche fragrances here again

Compared to Chemist Warehouse and Myer, these guys are the best perfume store in town. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they have a great selection of high-quality perfumes. The store has a great ambiance, and the prices are very reasonable.

I bought Mancera Cedrat Boise Intense online, and not even after 5 minutes the scent becomes incredibly weak. For an Extrait de parfum concentration, this was not what I expected. I suspected something wrong with my bottle. (Faulty bottles are able to be returned).I reached out to their support through email, and it's just a bit of back and forth and to me what seemed like time wasting and ignoring my emails.Eventually, the manager took notice after I complained enough and contacted me to help me resolve the issue and explain why they weren't replying to my emails (due to a supposed fire accident in the center).I have yet to send back my bottle for them to review, will update on the results of this experience.UPDATE:The company sent it back to Mancera's HQ to check, and said that Mancera claimed that there was nothing wrong. However, the employee tested the juice themselves and have confirmed to me that the it is indeed weaker than what they have in-store.So, they agreed to give me a full refund, or exchange for another product. I chose to exchange for another product and had to pay the price difference and then they shipped it. They also threw in some pricier niche samples.TLDR: Bought a faulty product, complained and eventually got a response. Then, got an exchange/refund for the faulty product.

My experience at the Bankstown store was delightful. The staff was friendly and helped me find a scent that perfectly matches my personality. Their selection is both broad and unique. Highly recommend!

I've been buying perfumes from City Perfume for a while now and the customer service is always outstanding. I love that they exceeded my expectations in-store and online. Products are genuine and of great quality so I'm never disappointed with my purchases. The Delina was a gift to a friend and I got a call from her being amazed how long it lasts and how beautiful the perfume is.If you're looking for a fragrance store City Perfume is definitely it!
