Have two car policies with Rollin’ Insurance. Communication is timely, staff are friendly via email & phone. Recently submitted a stress free windscreen claim. Windscreen was replaced within 48 hours of the claim being approved, at no cost to me. Highly recommend!

I am currently undergoing a claim with them and it has been a nightmare so far. Each time I call I'm given different information. In particular, Rajender M. clearly needs more training.Waiting 20+ minutes on hold to speak to someone is only the beginning of the issues

Don’t know what’s with all these bad reviews. Our claim was very well taken care, smooth and quick. My wife got into an accident on her tucson who was unfortunately at fault. Exchanged details and all. as soon as we got home we gave them a call our car got towed they organised the replacement car in 2 hours. Few days later found the car was total loss and now they’ve agreed to pay the agreed amount which no other insurance would have payed for sure. All that for $800 excessWould 100% recommend ROLLIN’ insurance

Unable to get an online quote because the incorrect car details (manual instead of auto) came up with my rego number. Rollin' are fully online only with no phone number except for claims so I was unable to get a quote. Not interested in waiting for a call back (if that is even an option?)

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Recently wrote my car off and these guys were absolute angels to deal with. Whole process was really fast, everyone I spoke to was lovely. Legends!

Worst insurance provider ever.My car in repair for 3 months now (mechanics choose by Rollin insurance only) with always moving end date. Hire car only available for 2 weeks, Rest keep paying from your pocket for indefinite time.No communication or updates by insurance company in last 3 months. You call them, team on call know nothing about your case.Really frustrating experience!!!

The true test of insurance is when you have to make claim. Pleased to say so far so good. Other than longish (10-15 mins) wait times on the 24/7 hotline everything else has been first class. Towing and Hire car were organised efficiently, the support team have been clear in answering my questions, even the tricky ones, and all is progressing well. Next step is the quote from the smash repairs. Will update when I have the car back.UPDATE 15/10/22So just got my car back 2 months later. No fault of Rollin or the repairer, just waiting for parts. Cannot fault Rollin, everything pretty seamless. At fault Insurer's hire car team were excellent too (Budget Direct) .My only niggle was Budget's policy did not cover excess on the hire car. So if car was damaged, even I was not at fault, then I was up for $1,650 excess. Budgets complaints dept took 2 months to even respond to me.

The one star is even too overrated for Rollin Insurance given my experience.DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH THEM.The damage of my car is minor but the repairer overquoted the damage to the point where they're just happy to write it off without my agreement (I got the assessments from other insurance company/independent assessors and they all couldn't believe why ROLLIN Insurance tried to write my car off and the quote amount. They assumed that they tried to pay me out and take my car off from me).During the claim, I never received a quote or any form of written information regarding the write off. The assessor basically shamed me by saying I don't know anything about the car and my car wasn't worth more than what I paid for. (my car is Swift Suzuki, and the mileage was 75,000km when I bought 2 years ago)When I wanted my car back, they just cancelled the claim. Under their PDS, they were supposed to give me other options to look but the CS team was too eager to get rid of me.And now I took it to the complaint, and out of nowhere, they have the revised quote which is around $1000 lower. The whole experience is dodgy and this hasn't been solved still, my car status is still write-off.They're very unfair and dishonest. Period. Watch out for your car.

I put in a claim 2 months ago and I am still waiting for the insurance money to come through. I have made 3 phone calls about it and they keep telling me that I don’t have a claim put in. It takes me over 20 minutes of explaining to do to tell them I do have a claim until they find it. Currently writing this post I am on the phone with them again and have been on hold for 30 minutes. I chose Rollin to save money, and I have found that it is a massive regret

As I sit here on hold for the 25th minute, simply calling to ask how I organise the rental car I'm entitled to, on a claim already made, I ponder all the challenges I've had till this point:- Called and made a claim.- Received a call from a repair centre that made an appointment to assess the car.- Arrived at the repair centre, had the car assessed and was then told the repair centre can't fix the car, so I was referred to another repair centre.- Received a call from the second repair centre, was told the first repair centre's assessment was invalid and that I had to take it in to them, again for an assessment, on the opposite side of the city.- Received a call back several weeks later, asking me to book in for a further few weeks away. I asked the repair centre whether they were organising the rental car I'm entitled to, they told me they don't know anything about it and to get back in touch with my insurance company or the original repair centre - they weren't sure which.- I called Rollin', sat on hold for 10 minutes before speaking to someone. That someone has then put my on hold for a further 12 minutes while they reviewed my policy to see whether I'm entitled to a hire car. I'm now again sitting on hold while that person works out what happens next.Needless to say, I will be changing insurance companies after this experience.
