Their customer service is pretty good. They'd made a mistake on my order which was annoying but the team leader fixed it up with a fresh new burger which was so fresh that it was probably one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had anywhere before and they were polite during the whole thing.

Order a large Mocha coffee. Came 3/4 full, too hot, burnt milk. Chocolate wasn't even mixed. Told the front desk guy, HE WAS OVERWHELMED, with the amount of mistakes coming from the cafe area. I told him to not bother but they need intensive training ASAP. He said. I understand ". A refund would be appreciated.l

Worst Maccas experience of my life. Took my boys to dine in, did everything Maccas wants us to do nowadays - ordered via the screens and using the app etc. After 16 minutes, which I confirmed by my receipt, the food still hadn't come. Turns out the food was taken off the heat lamps and sat by the drinks for 10 minutes. I asked why they hadn't just told me the food was ready and they didn't even bother answering. When the food was all cold I took it back and was scowled at for asking for a replacement meal. That food was so sloppily put together and came without a single apology or acknowledgement. I'm eating lunch up the street today at Guzman y Gomez and couldn't recommend this place enough. It has drive thru too so still fine if you're in a rush

have never been through that drive thru without being told have to park and wait. Fries are always soggy and gross. At least half the time the order is wrong or missing something. fries are usually half empry. food is rarely ever hot. twice recently been forgotten in the waiting bay and have had to go in and getbit after waiting 10 minutes. usually worth driving the extra bit to Wollongong store.

We don't have Maccas much. I went down tonight to get 2 big Mac meals and 6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. When I collected it in the drive-through, I was told it's all there, and the sauce is on the bottom. When I got home, we'll there were no nuggets. I rang 4 times to let them know, but I only got an answering machine. It would cost me more in time,fuel to drive back there again.. Not happy..

Did not even get my order. Only one in the restaurant and still waited 25 mins for my coffee and toastee. Got to deal with the night manager and day manager I was waiting that long. 8 staff out back and not one could complete my meal even after asking half a dozen times. Came in with 10 mins to spare and was running 15 mins late when I finally got my money back after numerous requests for a refund.Wow guys are you for real, never again.Should be zero rating not one star.And managers - get good look at what your leadership skills are like.

Compared to Woonona- excellent!!!Too bad MacDonald's have reset their app and took all my points (despite the amount I spend weekly they also have done nothing though I contacted them twice). Have become very dishonest and stingy in the past couple years and last week charged my account through the app for $16 of food- I was nowhere near a maccas (then when I complained did nothing so I had to do a police report to get it back THEN they took all my points)

Friday 31st my partner had to wait 20+ minutes in the waiting bay, along with others. She went through the drive through again just to find out that team member Holly" had lost/messed up her order

Waited 20mins just for a simple beacon eggs muffins and a hashbrown. The people order after us received their meal first. We had to ask them to check our order otherwise we will have to wait forever. The male toilet is disgusting. No one seems to know what time it is even the supervisor.
