5 Star Rating for a SUPERSTAR TEAM and 5 STAR QUALITY LASERS.So let me tell you about my experienceThe Team - Trotec WAI mean the WHOLE team is amazing, they are experts in their field and have ALL given me an exceptional customer experience. So I hope I haven't forgotten anyone for my 'SHOUT OUT & THANK YOU' to Matt, Jandra, Mel, Leigh, Neil and Bruce for your amazing service and continued support.-From my initial enquiry (and NO they did not start pestering me for the hard sale- I can't stand pushy sales people- I come from a sales background so I was pleasantly surprised), all the way through to the decision to join the Trotec family, to install, training, my constant questions, some repeated questions, through to aftercare and ordering of materials- there's nothing I can fault with the WA Trotec team.-I wanted to work with a material that had not yet be tested or approved by their engineering team and what I really loved is they invited me to come in and do some testing first to ensure their Lasers were able to do what I needed-well I wasn't disappointed, we had success however, which is to be expected when trialing new materials I needed to do further trial and error testing when it came to the settings to get the best outcome for my application. They even offered for their engineers to do some further testing if needed however, it wasn't needed- but what a great service, right?WEBSITE-I am ever so grateful I finally stumbled across Trotecs website and seeing they had a showroom in WA (actually this would be my only feedback- I had done months of research on lasers and Trotec didn't come up at all in my searches not until the end of my research, maybe I got better with my search words)-easy to navigate-loads of tips and tricks-great free projects to play with and learn-I constantly find more info, including recommendations on the laser settings depending on your application- easy to place orders for materialsEQUIPMENT/LASER QUALITY-quality parts made in Germany, the lasers are actually built here in Australia with showrooms across the country-when its time for install you can really start to appreciate the quality of trotecs service and level of care that is taken with your laser, along with the quality check and calibration prior to instal and finally the instal process really does confirm that you've chosen the best laser company in the country.-The quality even for the baby Jett (my nickname for the Rayjet 50) its cuts so perfectly its INSANE, the detail in the engraving is INSANELY detailed, crisp and clear even on tiny jobs the detailing is TOP NOTCH-photo engraving/etching/marking OMG I'm blown away with the quality across multiple applications- insane-you can tell straight away that their lasers are made with quality parts-the possibilities/applications are endless even with their entry level Rayjett 50-The after market servicing is great, having an inhouse technician in the state is amazing rather than some random generic contractor making Trotec the stand out-simply put- TOP NOTCH.LASER SOFTWARE-I was concerned that being a notice to the laser industry would mean I would struggle to learn the laser software but OMG to my surprise it was relatively straight forward- you even get training on instal day, I think that in itself is a rarity.MATERIALS-so far pricing is reasonable-great stock levels-great variety- and the quality is fantastic-their delivery service gets a 5 star rating also. I'm not close to the showroom so delivery is a great option for meOK so this is a long review, sorry about that, but it needed to be done - we know it to be true that 9 times out of 10 people spend most of their time complaining so I believe its important to SHOUT OUT the positives.If you are looking for a great quality laser and a great supportive Laser supplier then honestly, look no further-seek out the team at Trotec, get into their showroom- Farout the Speedy series is INSANE you will not be disappointed.Thanks again Trotec WA- YOU ROCK. Trotec Laser WA staff have been outstanding from my first phone call to them enquiring about a laser machine all the way through to the supply, install and after sales service.In particular Matthew Gray went out of his way to assist me with all my questions (and there were a lot of them) and stayed after hours in his own time twice to demonstrate both fiber and CO2 laser systems so I could decide which one would suit my needs. He's easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable, making purchasing the right system a breeze.The machine has saved me a lot of money that I was previously outsourcing and has also provided me with additional avenues of making extra money that I was unable to make before.I would highly recommend visiting the Trotec Balcatta Showroom if your interested in purchasing a laser Engraver/Cutter

This was my second extremely happy experience with all helpful and friendly staff there. Hereby, I would like to thank the great staff working at their warehouse and admin. Very assistive, supportive for newbie customers to laser and engraving industry, with giving expertise advice on material selection to meet your needs. Great email newsletter and fanatic open day and free educational workshops. That's the way I like an industry leader to be.
