Absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service, ask questions you'll receive blunt answers and nil product knowledge, it doesn't help to be nice to the elderly, don't work in a customer service job if you can't meet the customer needs pleasantly. $0 and no recommendations.

The goods were paid for and this company took five weeks to deliver them. I called quite a few times and every time I did, they came up with a different excuse. It was hard to believe how little they care about giving good service to their customers, who are generally people with special needs. I will not buy from them again and I will not recommend them.

My Dad recently purchased a mobility scooter and had a issue with the scooter.Thank you to Daniel for coming out to address the issue.Also thank you to staff for understanding when I cancel someone coming out the other day because Dad was taken to hospital again..RegardsMichael

It has a decent selection of goods. However for a place that specializes in equipment for the disabled and those who need help the parking lot is horrendous. The contours are terrible and the gradient is steep.
