Best massage of my life!Also got gel nails which are lovely, every tool she used was opened from a sterilised packet, no pain and just amazing experience.Finally got a blow out and curl which was fine but the lady didn't really listen to me and it wasn't the style I wanted.Most of the staff were very friendly, it was an all round amazing experience. I also love that you can get everything done in one place.Thanks Paran!

Mary was amazing! She took the time to understand what I wanted, talked me through the process and made sure I was happy with the decision. She gave me exactly what I wanted!! I’m so happy that she made my vision come to life.Professional and caring service :) I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely disappointed in this salon. I was recommended here by a friend…First off as I was getting my hair shampooed, there was two ladies behind me talking.This part of the service is meant to be relaxing.I was here for a treatment and a blow dry. I was told it would be $85 in the end. I was charged $125. I have above shoulder length hair and half my head shave and they still tried to say I had extra thick hair. Before paying for my service, there was two lady standing at the front desk, talking in a different language before giving me the price. I would not recommend this salon.

Was charged $95 for a shampoo, cut and 'blow dry' (they used a hair straightener)Was not impressedMy friend who came with me was charged $85 for the same but her experience was even worse. The cut she received was horrible, they gave her some weird bangs and gave some really bad layers. She had to go to a another place and get it fixed. The hairdresser put a wave in her hair to try to hide the bad job. They also burnt her with the blow dryer.Will not be coming here again.

Not exactly an experience I want to return to. I was unable to go to my usual hair dresser as she was unable to take me to style my hair for my formal. I made an appointment over the phone which I had no issue with. The salon was nicely set although it started going downhill once I started my service. I showed the lady my reference photo of what I wanted to get done and she agreed she was fully able to do it. The first thing I realised was off was that despite the amount of heat this lady applied to my hair when first giving my hair a blowout then curling it, she did NOT use any sort of heat protectant/oils to strength the hair or protect it from heat damage. Furthermore the only thing she used was hair spray. When styling I offered her to look at my reference photo multiple times but she refused saying she knew what to do. Then once I realised my hair looked different from the reference photo I clarified with her that she was doing as shown and she agreed. She then continued to style it and once she reached the end and I questioned why it was different she then tells me my hair is “too thin” to put in a half up curled high ponytail, which was briefly what I was asking for. Don’t get me wrong the curls looked amazing but the fact my hair smelt, felt and furthermore was burnt was very upsetting. I had been maintaining the up-keeping of my hair previous to that to keep it healthy and afterwards I had to go and cut quite a larger portion of it of at the bottom, setting back a lot of my progress at continuing my long growth of healthy hair. My hair was also very dry after which made it hard to brush out and maintain post that appointment. Furthermore they charged 130 dollars for that styling alone, no shampoo or anything like that. Never wish to go back again, worst experience ever.

I love coming in to get my hair done at Paran salon. I see all of them as they are all fantastic but Katie is so lovely. Pretty salon and great vibe.Last time Katie did a brilliant job with my colour, cut, blowdry. Thanks ladies

I wanted to bring everyone attention a negative experience I had at Paran salon. On 4th feb 2023, I had called to inquire about the price for a haircut and was quoted 55$. I came in for my appointment and before the stylist began, I confirmed the price again to which the manager (whom I assume you are) changed it to 65$. Despite this, I agreed to the new price for a simple haircut and was ready to proceed.However, to my surprise, the manager refused to cut my hair for no apparent reason. This left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.I want to express my disappointment with the service I received and the behavior of the manager. People who are going there they are wasting their money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience .

Fantastic! I had my hair colour done 2 months ago with Mary. She was amazing! She advised me of the hair colour more convinient for me! Love it! I also had a really nice hair cut and made me feel renewed! I came back today and once again really happy with the professional and friendly service. I am definatly keep coming back to see Mary ☺️

I had my hair coloured today from grey to honey blonde. Eric did a great job I’m really pleased with the results, my husband David is happy too. Thanks Eric
