Ordered flowers from here for my daughters graduation and they did not resemble the picture + I could tell they were super old! I asked for a refund and I was treated very badly and told to leave the shop.

I had a special idea in mind for my daughter-in-law for her birthday and Southerdons certainly nailed it. I was more than happy with the arrangement and my daughter-in-law, who is not really a flower person, loved it. I asked for minimal flowers with modern, architectural foliage and it was perfect. Above and Beyond Service! I ordered a fruit basket & helium balloons for my Dad who was having surgery. The owner (sorry I can't remember her name) was so friendly and happy to help. Later I ran into trouble as my fathers surgery was cancelled and he had left the hospital where I was having the fruit basket delivered...and the delivery van had already left the shop! The owner bent over backwards to help me and tracked my dad who was on foot and delivered the gift to him. I was very impressed by their above-and-beyond service and my dad was super impressed by the fruit basket. Perfect gift for a man who would have been embarassed by flowers!

I looked for a florist near my friend who was recovering from surgery. I am in UK and like to support local businesses wherever. I asked for delivery asap and they did just that even with our different time zones. My friend messaged me to say natural bouquet was beautiful set off with the balloon. She sent me photos and I agree. Big shout out to say thank you at Southerden Florist. Highly recommended.

False Advertising, Absolutely ridiculous, i spent $110 on a mixed fruit basket and a 750ml bottle of red for my mum and it is something i could’ve put together myself from aldi and it would’ve cost me $20. it is extremely overpriced for what it isvery unfortunate as there flowers are beautiful and haven’t failed me yet, disappointing

I know these flowers will last. This request for a colourful floral arrangement for a lovely lady living in a Toowoomba retirement village was well met. Southerdens sent me a photo of the display & delivered it promptly to special instructions. My friend, celebrating a special anniversary, was well pleased, to my delight. It is a relief to know I can rely on this Toowoomba florist. Unlike some, they know their customers - sender & receiver.
