Worst service known to man! Waited 40 mins for a script. One pharmacist on her phone, another person doing my script too busy talking about life with a collegue. No efficiency whatsoever and good old customer service non existent! First and last visit to that pharmacy! Absolute shocker.

My Mum has been a customer here for 15 years. The service & care provided by the staff is wonderful.The nail painting day put on by the pharmacy at her retirement village recently was a hit and shows their community spirit.

Purchased some eye drops at Priceline Kincumber yesterday. The shelf price was $5.99,when I reached the checkout the price doubled.The young lady serving me went to check the shelf price and I said “I’ll come with you because if I have got it wrong I will choose something else. As it turns out the shelf prices in this area were specials that expired the day before.She was apologetic and said I’m sorry for the inconvenience we can give it to you for this price it is our fault the prices have not been changed. When we get back to the checkout the other girl jumps in and says “no we don’t have to give it to you for that price it is human error “she proceeded to charge me double again. Obviously I was starting to get annoyed by this stage so she went to speak to the manager. Then she returned laughing and said “my mistake we will give it to you at the shelf price.”What a drama.This is not the first time I have experienced this in this store. please train your staff properly and do your job .Take down last weeks add so your customers don’t have to have a simple transaction turn into an unpleasant confrontation. I just want to pick up the product take it to the checkout and pay the shelf price and leave , simple.

I have never written a negative review until now, but felt obligated after my wife's experience this afternoon. They tried to charge my wife $54 for a $13 prescription. When she questioned this the kid at the counter said she had 2 items. When she pointed out the obvious that there was clearly only one item there on the counter, he stared at her and offered no further assistance. When she pressed him he said she should speak with the girls up the back. The girl up the back then accused my wife of stealing saying that she must have walked out with another script that had been filled without paying that day. My wife was at work all day today. Turns out a month earlier they couldn't find a script faxed from the doctor, had eventually filled it a couple of days after us giving up asking after it, and they were charging for it now. They did not think to check for any unclaimed medication and jumped straight to accusing my wife of theft.Worst chemist on the central coast. Avoid it if you can, but unfortunately it seems they have a captive market due to location. They have signs there advising that any abuse of staff would not be tolerated. I can see why those signs are there now as the time taken to fill scripts and the general disinterest bordering on rudeness of the staff there must have an impact on their customers. It is definitely a toxic workplace and the management is doing no favours to Priceline by operating in such a fashion.

Don’t even know how to start this…They have tried to overcharge me so many times for the same medication I get every month. I have to correct them almost every month.They never answer the phone and if they do, they will ask you to hold while they ignore the phone and make you wait until you get frustrated and hang up. So don’t even bother trying to call or you will be waiting a very long time for nothing!They over charge my brother for his medication on his account and my brother has to go in and get them to fix it up. They always make mistakes and mess up his scripts. He is disabled and gets it delivered, than physically goes back to the store to pick up what was missing! Sometimes when the delivery is late, he wont have time to go back before they close and he will have to suffer for the night. They are playing with peoples lives here!The worst thing about this chemist is the area where you have to pay. They have large shelves in front of the counter which makes it very difficult to line up, especially when there is more than 2 people waiting. It’s so awkward and uncomfortable…they just need to create a more open space so people can line up comfortably and pay before they exit.I mentioned this in a polite way to the girl serving me today and she just gave me a filthy look and said “would that be all sir” as she handed me my medication. Just outright rude!The only good thing I will say is that there is some staff there that a very helpful, polite and professional. But they really need to sort things out because it’s wrong on so many levels.

This place needs some serious training in customer service. I was practically yelled at by a woman when I had a question about a script. She attempted to answer it herself and would not pass it on to the pharmacist and I gave up as she was so aggressive and took my script elsewhere without even arguing. Staff like this are so irresponsible who try to pretend they are pharmacists and what's the point in having a pharmacist on duty if you can't even speak to them.
