Extremely rude and unprofessional company! Came home to our apartment building and the worker (says his name is Richard) had blocked the entire driveway to our building (ALL residents, visitors and restaurants owners in the building require this access to get in and out). I initially asked the worker nicely to please move his car so I could get into our garage. The worker became verbally aggressive and complained about the fact that he had to clean our common area. After being verbally abusive, he still refused to move the car. I had to call their office to get the message across. I'm sorry but I thought the service that he provided was a cleaning service as also stated on their website?? Why complain and be abusive about a service that YOU are offering and being paid to do. Please do not EVER engage with this company, there's a reason why it's only rated 3.3 stars.

Very poor communication and Not clear on directions They also try and under pay staff.

There’s not good communication between manager and the team, lack of service and warmth with clients, old management was 100 times better.

Anna Lomavita is the worst building manager I have ever experienced, as a building manager she doesn’t do anything right …. don’t offer after hours.when it comes to complaints there is no action taken… have to get the police involved as “it’s all confidential” is the answer they respond with when their not hanging up the phone as you speak Anna Lomavita is well just hopeless to be frankly honest … some of the other guys seem half decent but Anna is just plain incompetent unfortunatelyBeen battling noisy neighbour for 2 months and we only responses we get is “ we can share any information with you regarding them as it’s confidential” when requested that she go and tell them to quiet down then …. The phone gets hung up and that’s her way of saying no…. Have had to raise a formal complaint with the police and get them involved as Anna can’t seem to do her job and doesn’t have basic manners for the residents of the building she manages

Inside Ohtside FM oh, one of the good operators in building management in Sydney. I have been dealing with building managers for over eight years, to light up their buildings with LED. These guys are actually interested in the client saving money and getting the best contractors.

Very helpful and easy to deal with, Norbert is a very professional, capable and friendly building manager and is very willing to help out and accommodate where ever he can.
