I’ve never come across a ‘gym’ that is quite like this one. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and have taken a genuine interest into my health and welfare. The exercises can be completed by beginners and athletes. I’ve felt welcome and supported throughout my time here and I can’t see myself training anywhere else.

F45 Warners Bay is fantastic. The trainers are super knowledgeable, focusing on technique, and then building on on your strengths to attain goals. It’s always a fun session and all the trainees are friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent way to get fit in a friendly and fun environment. The instructors are super helpful. The training area is spacious, very clean and well ventilated and all the equipment is in top condition. It’s a great way to start your day and energise your body and mind.
