Peerless Dry Cleaners Chermside

These people are the worst. Told it would take 4 days to clean a jacket then it didnt arrive when they said. It got delivered to the wrong store and I had to drive 20 mins to another store to pick it up. Was not offered a refund or any compensation what so ever!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

My experience was not great i went there expecting my shirt to be in good condition when i piked up my shirt the shirt had black marks on the sleeve as well as the arm side after the got got cleaned the customer serve person said i am sorry. The cost of the items for to high for a not so great service. I picked my shirt. I feel my shirt is ruined because there r noticeable holes on the sleeve part. I will never go to the store ever again my local dry cleaners charges less and i have never had a issue in over two years. My tip in future is to hire better staff who r passionate about what they do i feel like how my shirt got treated was a lack of caring. I also feel emotionally upset by the whole situation.

We used Peerless Dry cleaning at Chermside where Sue looked after us. We had dry clean and altercations done. Sue did an amazing job. She even kept the shop open late so I could get there after work and pick up. Great service.

Went to collect my Mum’s silk top to find a big hole across the back. No apologies and no refund, but saying that it couldn’t be avoided as the machines clean them. Will not be going back and I do NOT recommend this service.

So sad the previous lady has left. I've been using this peerless very regularly for 6 years. The new lady is beyond rude. I let it go the first time I put something in as she might have had a bad day but the second time she was even ruder and I had to actually tell her to not be so rude to me. She lectured me for not having my docket and then in a sarcastic tone said well what do you have then? Name

I recently took my jacket into Peerless Dry Cleaners at Chermside to get dry cleaned, as the care label clearly states 'Professional Dry Clean Only'. When I picked it up, the jacket was ruined - the trim on the jacket had completely disintegrated, deeming it now unwearable. The jacket was subsequently sent back to the KC Dry Cleaning factory. All I got back was a letter saying 'your garment did not perform well in the cleaning process due to incorrect care labelling'. No apology, no responsibility accepted, no offer of any money back (even though they advertise a guarantee?!); just them passing the buck onto someone else which I find disgusting. They also provided me with an info sheet about the peeling of polyurethane trim, so clearly they know this is a common issue. Had I have known this when dropping in the garment to get dry cleaned, I never would have gone through with it as I wouldn't have risked ruining the jacket. I find it unacceptable that the lady who looked over the jacket when I dropped it in didn't say anything about the risk of this happening. Also, throughout the whole process I was never contacted by either KC or Peerless dry cleaners, as was promised, and I was the one chasing up any progress on the garment. I am so appalled by the way this has been handled, both from KC Dry Cleaning and from Peerless Dry Cleaners at Chermside. I will never be using either of their services again.

Dropped in a shirt on Tuesday, promised to be return by Thursday 230pm as I had a flight Thursday at 530pm to a wedding in Sydney. The lady promised me a call once it had arrived as it was tight schedule.No call, not once and it's 4pm and the suit has still not arrived. I am on my way to the airport suitless this means I am going to a wedding suitless because of the incompetance of this dry cleaner.The lady I spoke with today was awful to be honest. If I could give a minus review, I would.

Spilt some red wine on a very expensive suit and took it to Peerless Dry Cleaners and they did a outstanding job removing the red wine first time, very impresive! Customer service was also impresive and very knowledgeable of the process.Well done!

Took my suede jacket in for a clean and I swear it was dirtier than when I dropped it off.I wasnt paying for that and asked to have it cleaned again at a price of$55.no way jose!

Always friendly, no issues with any cleaning done, have had everything from shirts, suits and even a wedding dress done here. All came back great.
