Good product. Reasonable service...However.. The staff could actually stay with the customer for a bit, so you didn't have to chase them down all the time.

I entered the store and was meet by a welcoming sales member. I was I'm search for a down jacket that was not too think as I normally run a little warmer. I found a great puffer jacket which was on sale and the sales member helped me find my size and gave me suggestions for wear. The member behind the counter was also were nice, he signed me up as a member explaining the benifits of having receipts saved online. Overall I was very happy when I left and will be back again.

Entered an empty store with no customers and two staff members at the front. They looked up and then continued to chat to each other without offering assistance.Staff turned out to be knowledgeable after I summoned them over from the other side of the store.

I love their lighweight down jackets! Really light and gives you enough warmth at during the winter season. Love the colours of their jackets. Be a member so you'll get good deals. Staff are very accommodating. Good job!

Long time shopper at Kathmandu, Albury. Shopped instore recently, made a purchase, but no discount as I didn't have my loyalty card and their customer base was down. Assistant took my details. Checked my account, no points added; actually it doesn't appear that I have accumulated any points from spends :-(
