We had such a fun night at the Paint and Sip night with a great bunch of women and an awesome teacher Stacey. Really appreciated the gentle creative guidance and the encouragement of Stacey. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE with customer service and extremely slow shipping. Ordered on the 6th of Feb. After 2 weeks of waiting around I decided to email regarding when my wall art would be shipped. No responses through their online chat and no response to my first email. I then decided to call and was advised that there was a delay with orders and that they would request to expedite my order and once they heard back they would be in touch... Heard diddly squat from them... so After another week gone, I decide to email again on a Monday. I get an email to say my item will be shipping by COB the next day. (Tuesday) and that I would be sent a tracking number.... FRIDAY rolls around and again ZERO communication until I reach out to ask if there is any tracking number yet. I get a response Saturday to say it has been labelled for shipment (which means it didn't really get shipped by COB Tuesday) and that I should see movement the FOLLOWING week...... It'll be 5 weeks gone before this darn thing gets to me if that. I'm still waiting and I'm not going to be holding my breath! Website says it ships within 1-2 weeks. Absolute lies! I would highly recommend against ordering online if you would like something in a timely matter for your home.

Great experience for me. I wanted a custom print with custom background and Stacey from design team helped me instantaneously. Things doesn't stops there , I wanted it urgently also due to house warming party and Janeya , helped me in getting it within a week. She was all the way tracking with courier team to ensure it reaches on time. Great work team !!!. All the best for your business , keep up the good work.
